Gross Hotel. Avoid at any rate!

Terrible place to stay. The room stunk of mold and mildew. The front desk girl checked it out with me. She agreed. She called the owner and asked if I could get a refund so I could move to a cleaner hotel. He refused. The pictures speak for themselves. The sink took over ten minutes to drain after brushing my teeth. I’ve stayed in better $50 hotels. This one is atrocious.

Easy access, clean room. Was on the road and just needed a quick overnight and it was perfect for that. No frills, clean and safe. The girl at the front desk (I forgot her name) was super helpful and very sweet.

Too close to the noisy interstate...almost avg.

upon check in found they don't honor emotional support animals with credentials site said $15 extra was charged $20 when questioned, said they were sticking to it found room about avg. a little dated but clean very noisy due to interstate traffic 75 yards away. seeing daylight around my door didn't help that ...due to the current price of eggs NO eggs for breakfast. I don.t think Ill be staying there again ...mostly for the noisey highway

The woman that checked me in was amazing….she was very attentive and nice. However, the first room I checked into was not yet cleaned and bed was not made. I then switched rooms and found so many roaches. I asked the evening worker at the front desk if they could send someone to spray or switch rooms and she said I could switch rooms but it’ll be the same issue. She also mentioned they did not have bug spray. I had a hard time sleeping.

I paid in advance on Expedia and expected to pay the listed price. they refused to honor that, charging much more night by saying they are a franchise and they can charge any thing they want

We want a refund!! When the renter above us took a shower-around 12 pm, we were getting water through the canned light above the shower. AND it was not a drip or a trickle-it was pouring down through the light!! We refused to shower the next day because we were afraid we would get electrocuted! The dead bolt on the door did not go to all the way to the opposite side like they’re supposed to, so we were uncomfortable of feeling safe through the night! The neighbors made lots of noise throughout the night and the traffic was noisy as well. The breakfast was horrible and inedible. We have stayed in several Quality Inns over the years and this was the worst one! We will never stay there again-no matter what city it’s in! We would like a refund!! We told the desk clerk and they didn’t seem too concerned. They said they’d had that complaint before! We are very disappointed!!!!

dirty, worn . after paying an advance on Expedia, I expected to pay the listed pet fee instead I was charged a large amoun. They said they could charge anything they wanted because they were franchise. staff and owner were extremely rude and horrible

Upon entering the room, there were two large stains on the carpet. The tub had mildew around the entire edge. Hair in the bed, shaving stubble in the sink. Hair on the floor. TV didn't work. Large gap under the door, where bugs can crawl in. The linens did not smell fresh instead, musty. It was NOT worth $140. Will not be back.

Staff was very friendly at check in. Bed was extremely comfortable. Shower had great water pressure. Large area to park with a trailer. Close to multiple eateries. Easy access to major roadway. One of the sheer curtains was missing on the window. There was trash behind the refrigerator when I got to my room. Microwave was greasy inside and smelled like someone had just reheated chicken. TV had pixel lines all through the screen, like it had been dropped or something. Housekeeping chose to ignore the ‘do not disturb’ sign and tried to come in anyway. She immediately apologized and I was able to go back to sleep. Breakfast was good.
