You get what you pay for...

This is one of the cheapest motels in the area. The night staff was friendly, and it is a relatively quiet motel for being next to the interstate (part of this may be that there were only a few people staying here). But that's about it...had I been with my wife and kids, I might have gone elsewhere. The parking lot was littered everywhere with trash, there was paint chipping away inside the room, the floor under the carpet had holes, and the bathroom fixtures were in obvious need of replacement, and the continental breakfast was little more than two kinds of cereal, yogurt, and a few pieces of fruit. It was at least relatively clean when I checked in, though my room was not made up after the first night (I had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels) and after the second night a bag of trash from the bathroom was left on top of the desk; obviously the person cleaning up meant to take it out but accidentally (?) left it there.
It should be noted that the only way out of the parking lot takes you on the interstate access road towards the southeast. One has to go 2 miles out of the way in order to drive to restaurants or anywhere else.
