Confusing rules and tarrif
You are presented with 4 A4 pages in Italian ( no translation , explaining how the charges work! You cannot pay cash for anything , you have to charge a cash card up. Annoying. Staff do not speak much English. Endless irritating hotel club games and entertainment . Not a quiet holiday !

Great beach location
We stayed at the hotel in the off-season so the pool and gym were closed but we could still access the beach to swim. The bus into Pescara stops outside the hotel so it was easy to travel. Other attractions and restaurants were also shut so we could only go to the zoo at the weekend. The hotel was empty during the week and with bad weather forecast the very helpful reception staff suggested a trip into Rome which is only 2½ hours by bus. We stayed in Rome for a couple of days and the hotel was busy when we returned due to a convention. The room was great as we had our two teenage children with us and it was separated into two areas with two televisions.

Definitely for Italians
As an English couple, the language barrier was difficult as most of the hotel staff didn't speak English! It had great facilities and was right on the beach but there was only one or two hotel restaurants and the main strip of other restaurants was about a 10 min walk. I'd recommend the pool and the beach and our room was okay although it wasn't cleaned once over the entire week stay. Loved the staff and everyone was very friendly! Would stay here again but would love to know more Italian.

Bellissima struttura direttamente sul mare
Bellissima struttura da migliorare solo la piscina con gli scivoli perché l acqua è gelata in quanto poco soleggiata per il resto una meravigliosa vacanza ritornerò sicuramente per la terza volta.

Direttamente sul mare (ahimè Adriatico che non mi piace perché non molto pulito e con presenza di meduse). Piacevoli e pulite le piscine una grande con intrattenimento pomeridiano è una piccola con scivoli per bambini (un po’ fredda) oltre quella per i piccoli al club serenino. Personale delle pulizie in azione 24/24. Spesso offerti stuzzichini e/o cocomero fresco. Spettacoli serali divertenti e ben fatti da un gruppo di ragazzi e ragazze MERAVIGLIOSI. Gli intrattenitori sono FANTASTICI un ringraziamento speciale a IVAN MARCO LUCA CICCIO e tutti gli altri che hanno reso la vacanza SPECIALE. Grazie alle ragazze del Serenino che prendendosi cura dei bimbi più piccoli hanno permesso di rilassarsi ai genitori anche se Marta che c’era lo scorso anno ci è mancata (senza nulla togliere a Sara). Solo 2 annotazioni: la TV troppo piccola per il Residence e poi chebprendeva praticamente 4/5 canali e con effetto nebbia e i fotografi un po’ troppo invadenti e con presenza troppo assidua un po’ fastidioso (lo scorso anno c’erano solo in qualche tratto di giornata)

Familienfreundliches Hotel
Hotel Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns bei jeder Anfrage weitergeholfen. Der Zustand der Einrichtungen hat uns positiv beeindruckt. Wir konnten die Tennis-, Fussball-, Basketballplätze und die dazu gehörende Ausrüstung unkompliziert buchen. Alles steht kostenlos zur Verfügung. Das "Clubcard System" ist sehr praktisch. Hier kann man die Karte entweder an der Rezeption oder am Strandkiosk des Hotels aufladen lassen und braucht dadurch kein bares Geld. Von Mittelhof aus kann man direkt auf den Strand laufen. Dort befindet sich die Liegen und Sonnenschirme des Hotels, die nach Reihe und Platznummer gekennzeichnet sind. 2 Liegen und ein Sonnenschirm sind im Preis enthalten. Achtung: Bei Expedia bucht man nur die Übernachtung. Hotelleistungen müssen im Vorort gekauft werden ( 36 Euro pro Person pro Aufenthalt ). Strand ist sehr kinderfreundlich. Die kleinen können ziemlich weit ins Wasser ohne das es die Hüften überschreitet. Tolle Restaurants an dem Strand entlang, sehr gutes essen. Schönes Einkaufszentrum ist zu Fuss und Supermärkte sind mit Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Aus dem Grund ist das Zimmer mit Küche eine tolle Lösung für Familien mit Kindern.

Attenzione al costo dell'albergo perché oltre alla cifra che credi di aver pattuito cercano di addebitare 45 euro di pulizia e una iscrizione club da circa 50 euro a persona poiché è un residence. E' tutto scritto ma non ci si fa caso. Expedia mi ha risolto il problema

Hotel just for people speaking Italian. There are many activities, but nothing in English. Big part of staff can speak just Italian. Cleaning just ones in the week. Dirty kitchen.

God ferie- på italiensk... ikke altid positivt....
Vi havde en udmærket ferie- dog er jeg utilfreds med to ting. Et at man blev opkrævet 35 euro pr prs ved ankomst- for "underholdning". Denne udgift var ikke til at finde på jeres hjemmeside eller under booking af hotellet. Så vi betalte 35x3 ved ankomst- modvilligt. Da vi så ville se hvad vi fik for pengene kunne vi konstatere at al underholdning foregik på italiensk! Intet engelsk! :( Min søn på 6 år fik intet ud af alle de aktiviteter der var til børn (alt på italiensk) og underholdningen for voksne ligeså. Alt i alt et godt hotel- men en anden gang måske det ville være godt at nævne at der på hele hotellet kun er er to af medarbejderne der kan tale forståeligt engelsk. Og skal man tvinges til et gebyr skal dette fremgå under booking af hotel. Og da det ikke var noget vi på nogen måde fik udnytte af forventer jeg de 3x35 euro tilbagebetalt til min konto. La struttura è a due passi dal mare.
La nostra camera risultava all'ultimo piano (settimo) della palazzina dove, la seconda notte a seguito di maltempo, con le finestre in alluminio che non facevano tenuta si è allagata e quindi costretti a chiamare il personale delle pulizie. Nel terzo pomeriggio non si accendeva più la TV (che ancora a tubo catodico). Attese circa due ore per la sostituzione della stessa.

Struttura x famiglie. Le camere ristrutturate sono carine ed essenziali, ma il lavoro non è stato completato lasciando le finestre e la porta vecchie. Animazione sempre presente e mai invadente, ma nel primo pomeriggio sarebbe bello poter riposare mentre si è obbligati a sentire musica ad alto volume. Wi-fi solo nelle aree comuni e non in camera. Ti obbligano ad avere il braccialetto, ma abbiamo notato gente senza che entrava indisturbata. Inoltre chiunque poteva accedere ai bagni della spiaggia, anche e soprattutto ambulanti e massaggiatrici cinesi e nonostante si stato segnalato nulla è stato fatto.

Das Zimmer resp. Appartment war für uns (2 Erw. u 3 Kinder) völlig i.o. Wir hatten ohne Mahlzeiten. Die kleine Küche hatte alles was man braucht. Zum Einkaufen konnte man ins Hoteleigene Supermarket oder über die Strasse in ein Grösseres. In den Preis der Clubkarten war die Animation, das Rudern, Pedalofahren, Boccia und anderes inbegriffen.

È un hotel per famiglie con bambini perché c'è il baby park anche per bambini di meno di 4 anni. La sera la discoteca all'aperto si sente fino a oltre mezzanotte. Il cibo è buonissimo. La camera era un po' piccola (avevamo scelto quella base) per il letto matrimoniale e il letto aggiunto.

che dire .... semplicemente grazie all'attenzione, professionalità e passione dimostrata dal DreamTeam dell'animazione che ci ha permesso di trascorrere una vacanza all'insegna del relax e del divertimento. le camere comfort del residence sono state recentemente ben ristrutturate e arredate e anche se un po piccoline ... unico neo il materasso di marmo. nel complesso la struttura è ottima soprattutto in rapporto al prezzo del soggiorno. Peccato solo per il mare, veramente troppo sporco e per una Montesilvano un po floscetta.

TOP Familienhotel am Strand für SUPER Badeferien
Super Familienhotel. Würde Jederzeit wieder hingehen TOOOOOOOP 5 * Sterne Animation - Unterhaltung für Kinder von 0-18 Jahre .... von 09:00 - 00:30 immer etwas los. Wir haben es Sehr genossen, auch das Essen war sehr gut.

Im grossen und ganzen sehr okey. für Kinder hat es ein gutes Animations-Team. Direkter Zugang zum Strand und zu den Pools. Jeden Abend ab 20.00 gute Unterhaltung. Das Zimmer hätte für 5 Personen etwas grösser sein können aber es hatte alles was es brauchte. Einzig schaade war, dass im Preis noch diese Clubcards nicht inbegriffen waren und somit das Gesamttotal etwas über die stränge schlug. Immerhin war auch kein Frühstück inbegriffen.

イベントのため、そのホテルに7泊ほどしましたが、最高でした。朝ごはんも美味しく、部屋もきれいで。ただ、Wi-Fiが非常に繋がりにくい！あと、ケトルがあると思っていたため大変でした。。が、バーの方に優しくしていただきお湯をもらってました。凄くいいところです！

ある程度英語が使えないと、フロントとのやりとりが苦労するかもしれません。スーパーや売店が近いところでも一キロくらい歩くので、ちょっと大変でした。

Che dire ....difficilmente si può trovare un albergo/villaggio così ben organizzato! per le famiglie è il Top! sono andato una settimana a fine giugno ed ho subito prenotato x un'altra settimana a fine luiglio!
