Our reservations we booked through Expedia were not honored when we flew across the world and tried to check in. Expedia has lost my business. It took two days of MY time to straighten this out

Very friendly staff. The room was very clean, decent size. The Buffett breakfast and dinner were perfect after a very long flight. The hotel is close to the airport, approx a 20 minute drive

Very nice hotel with modern rooms, clean place with helpful staff. I had breakfast every day and found the restaurant to service tasty breakfast buffet with options for all tastes Two notes for consideration by any future visitor: the hotel is quite far from Abu Dhabi. It took approximately 35 minutes Taxi drive to get to most of the attractions. The only public transportation available is a Taxi When I made the reservations on Travelocity I was under the impression that my reservation was all inclusive. When I got to the hotel I found that the meals are not included

I was only here for one night. Was expensive for what you get and every time I turned around there was another charge for something. I dont mimd paying for nice things. I jist think.on this trip i stayed at much nicer hotels for less and they had a lot more to offer. Just tell me up front what your gonna charge me when i get there is all i ask for. Im still gonna eat tomorrow but its aggravating. Parking was a breeze which was why i really selected this hotel. Thank.you for that

This property was absolutely beautiful!! The amenities are amazing the location is amazing the staff members are friendly and accommodating. Room service was awesome and 24/7!! I would stay here again for my next trip!!

An older property that on the exterior and main lobby is clean and maintained. The staff was friendly and courteous. The on-site restaurant had a nice lunch buffet. From a distance, it appeared the pool area was well maintained. Air conditioning was very powerful. The rooms were a different story. The room was adequately surface-cleaned; the bedding comfortable, and the balcony overlooking the pool well kept. However, the furniture was worn and the shower stall grout was in need of a deep clean. Overall impression is that the room is overdue for a refresh.

Don’t be fooled by the name “Millennium” , not part of the chain by a long mile AC was awful as was the Shower , Decor from the Nineties, too expensive for what you get , Covid restrictions minimal.

There were no hand towels in bathroom. Only 2 bath towels and floor mat. Walls were not insulated well, could hear someone beside us or above using restroom.

Good stay for the price paid
Reasonable stay for the price paid. Friendly staff, hotel is in a deserted area. Didn’t dip into the pool however felt there was a good atmosphere around the pool.

Visited Mafraq hotel 20 years ago and again this Eid weekend, great family venue, facilities geared for kids, with a lovely pool area and very alert life guards. The meals on offer were varied and plentiful. Loved this mini break
