The hotel is nice overall but thay have some made up rools never face it in any outhr hotels

Weekend stay at the Fairmont

Hotel is nice and staff are friendly 1 ussue is the 5 reminders for the checkout at 12 between 11.30 and 12.15 Up to the point when 1 staff came knocking on the door with a very upset face at 12.15!! Check in time was 3pm and we got to the room at 4pm. That was really upsetting and the reason why I'm not going there again

Only the staff and the beach were nice

Arrived early in the morning, too tired to complain about the room, the room was not to the level of a five star hotel, not clean, the next day I complained and was switched to a deferent room, I expected a five star and it was not

Wonderful hotel with a beautiful view of the grand mosque. Construction occurring whilst my stay which wasn't ascertised. Exceptional customer service

Great staff and service....

Pros: Staff, how clean it was ...room was cleaned twice a day!
Cons: Drinks are a bit pricey! but if your on holiday......
Location: Taxi's are cheap so ventured to various MALL's ...Marina Mall being the biggest and around 35 mins away, if you like shopping until you drop....
Here for my wife's 50th and wedding anv in both cases the staff went above and beyond ....go for upgrade rooms are bigger with a great view and half board is included. Beach is nice and relaxing pool is clean and again staff could not do enough for us...many thanks for a wonderful say we will remember for a very long time. We will be going back!.

A great hotel with very helpful staff. Very good position. This hotel was recommended to me by a relation who lives in Abu Dhabi. Very good choice - we were well satisfied!

Great hotel, great location

Excellent hotel in a quiet part of Abu Dhabi, with excellent access to many of the top attractions across the city. The views of the Grand Mosque across the water are stunning, especially around sunset and we would definitely recommend taking a room with a view.
