The room had lots of little things wrong with it: lamps didn’t work, shower didn’t drain, mini fridge had to be changed. The breakfast was good, dinner mediocre. The pool facilities are amazing and the location is perfect.

Horrible noisy breakfast. They tried very hard with the food but it was too crowded That was the only meal we had in the hotel though. The lights failed in my room twice. The tap in the bath sprayed water at the immobile shower door which went underneath the door and all over the floor. I reported this twice but nothing happened. I really hate the immobile shower door and the shower and bath taps. While you are trying to work out how they work you are forced to lean under the shower and inevitably get soaked. Fine if you have decided to wash your hair that night but otherwise really irritating. This has been designed by a man! I have stayed here in February for the last 3 years but now it is getting too crowded and they need to rethink breakfast. The lifts are not good

The beach was nice and filled with amble seating. The associated beach restaurants were nice. The interior design of the rooms were welcoming. The staff were friendly. Had bars inside the hotel. Improvements: the bath/shower combo unit as designed has issues flooding the room. Beach waiters would be a nice add. The breakfast was nice, but could use a bit more food diversity/choices.

First the cons:We were not offered any VIP benefit. Our room had a bad view and no way to charge our phones. There are no usb outlets in the room and all of their adapters were already loaned out and they really seem to care if we could charge our phone or not. Bad attitudes. Pros: the Hemingway bar had good appetizers and an amazing singer/ band. The man at the travel desk,Nassar, arranged a driver for us to the louvre and then port to catch our cruise. He was super nice. The hotel is walking distance to the MO Palace hotel where we had an amazing breakfast buffett( super$$$$) and walking around was a falconer who let us hold the falcon on a gloved hand! Also when I mentioned that my phone was dead they immediately charged it for me! Good attitudes at that hotel.

Gym, beach & pool area very nice. Buffet expensive for food options provided & also did not cater for gluten free/ coeliac guests, limited food options. Room was small & beach & pool across the road access however by tunnel was easy enough.

The staff was amazing and attentive. Check in desk lady was great. The bar guys were a delight and awesome. Very friendly. The condition of the hotel was good although other 5* Raddison properties have been better and the showers tend to scold you midway through then go cold again and vary between burning hot and cold. Other than that, good overall.

The only drawback was the confusion over the tennis courts. They are paddle tennis courts and are owned by a third party, not complimentary with the hotel.

The hotel shows a pristine beach club across the street. In reality, its not at all. Run down and scruffy. Not connected to the hotel for billing, so your credit card need to swim too. Allthough the food and service from the different outlets is fine… The rooms are an ikea-fest and the tea/coffee doesn’t get topped up unless you beg. Radisson,either fix it or go home

Overall a lovely hotel with great views across corniche beach! Only disadvantages is that the pool/ spa facilities are across the road and you have to access via an underpass which isn’t ideal in the 40C heat! They don’t have some basic facilities in pool / spa either such as robes / swim costume drying machines or floats for children/ adults that need them/ can’t swim well or still learning.

Horrible experience
Horrible. The guy at the main desk offered us an upgrade to the executive suite. The experience was horrible, no proper isolation between the room, we spend the whole night awake hearing loud noises from upper floor and the room next to us. The housekeeping who handled our request to clean was so impolite. The team in general was not trained well for hospitality business. Ahmad at the front desk was good but he upgraded us to the worst noisy suite. I don't recommend it to anyone

Hotel room excellent. Beach excellent. Check in average. Hotel reception unwelcoming & minimal staff in reception including at concierge. We took the Club Lounge option which we have many times at various hotels in the Middle East & unfortunately it wasn’t like a Club Lounge. No availability for soft drinks or tea or coffee throughout the day & not in a private area. Just a 2 hour evening availability with poor white wine option & no sparkling on offer. It didn’t feel like a special place as other Club Lounges have in the past, the food given was good but the experience average.

Excellent stay, started off with a bit of a hiccup but was dealt with impeccably by the hotel hotel manager (Ahmed Said). Will definitely stay here again as they have great service and excellent facilities.
