Personale disponibile ma le condizioni della camera non erano perfette in quanto le piastrelle del bagno, lo specchio e gli utensili della cucina erano scheggiati. A convenient and affordable hotel to stay in. Excellent service from the staff there, Shahrukh was particularly helpful and helped us get around the city in the city in the hotels car. My biggest issues with the hotel were lack of facilities (no pool, but we knew that when we booked) and the slightly dated rooms/decor. All clean and tidy though.

Comfy Stay in AUH City
place is in prime location. walkable to mall and food establishment. having no car is not a problem as bus stop is also near. breakfast staffs in Yard Restaurant were so accommodating and they are open 24hours.

Not the best but nice employees
The employees are really kind, the hotel looks good but is a little old, it needs to be refreshed. The cleaning could be better in the bathroom. The breakfast didn’t worth it, the coffee wasn’t good, the orange juice is not made with oranges and there’s not a lot of choice. It’s ok to stay one night especially thanks to the welcoming and helpful employees.

A Solidly Good Place To Relax
We had a large suite and it was superb. The restaurant was very good for breakfast and the chef skilful... Excellent dinner ordered from our room. Bathroom needed updating still very clean. Courteous and profesional staff. BRAVO

Kitchen The washing machine drawer was broken and there was a cockroach inside the drum. The microwave was filthy. The ceiling needed painting. Bathroom There was mould around the bathtub, and when you open the door the ceiling tiles lifted up and was covered in greasy handprints. The towels were all old and stained and we had to ask several times to have them replaced before they gave us new ones. Living Room The rug was dirty and the room had a musty smell to it. Bedrooms The windows were so filthy you could barely see through them and one pillow was dirty and stained.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable with air conditioning. The kitchen need a bit of updating. Other than that is was great. Minutes walk from Lulu hypermarket. The reception was friendly and fast with any request.

Good Hotel and Staff. Room spacious and with washer machine. Breakfast buffet was good with all the basic to eat. The only thing was the early check in fee, our foight arrive early in the morning and we had to pay150AED ($40) fee

It was ok place. I won’t go again. Once was ok. Requested non smoking room. But was given smoking room. They tried to make it clean. But still had smell. Staff was good and polite. Can give them 5/5. Well done.

Big apartment with huge room and kitchen. However dated and not super clean. The TV didn’t work and there was a smell . Value for money is great especially if you are a lot but for romantic holiday I would suggest elsewhere Staff is great

Best hotel I've ever stayed at! Apartmet was big, spacious and clean. They take their covid-19 precautions really serious which made me feel safe. Staff was extremely nice and helpful, will stay here again!

My go to hotel in abu dhabi
The hotel is walking distance from the mall.Corniche Beach is also near probably around 20min. by walking. It is in the center of the city. The room is spacious enough for my toddlers to run around. I particularly like that there is a kitchen where we can cook and eat. They do housekeeping everyday. The pillows are super soft. They don't provide disposable slippers anymore but I think they will provide you if you just ask.

Apartment was perfect for 2, however as a family of 4 it was difficult when it’s set up for 2 all kitchen ware and towels etc. apartment was a good size and basics were there to be comfortable however a toaster in the kitchen and a tv in the bedroom would have been welcomed. All parking was paid either on the street or valet. Staff were very friendly and helpful accommodating all requests. It suited our needs and was in a fabulous location.

All the staff were most helpful and friendly at all times. to prove this point we had lost our tickets for the flight home, both being in our late sixties and not best with technology we asked at the reception for help. The manager swung into action contacted British Airways and arranged for the tickets to be sent to the hotel by e mail. they also later in the day sorted out our boarding passes. We would both not hesitate in reccomending this hotel to anyone considering travelling to Abu Dhabi in the future. Very best Colin & Janice

Wonderful New Year's stay
Perfect family place. Great location. Friendly and extremely helpful staff. Would've liked a better breakfast buffet available. Also, would've liked a better cable TV package. Overall, had a very nice stay. Would definitely stay here again, if we return.
