Excellent Location, very friendly staff!

Cons: Check-in / bookings
Location: Yas Island has become a leisure center. Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, Yas Mall, Marina, Marina Circuit,.. all two steps away.
After a bad start, with a booking issue, where we ended up getting a room in a smoking floor, in a slow check-in experience, the stay itself was pleasant, and the helpful staff made up for the issue. We were relocated the following night, and they offered us a free dinner for the inconvenience. Staff at the restaurant is very attentive and efficient, and we'd like to thank the duty Manager, Mr. Zunair for his help.

Nice decent hotel. Value for money.

Very comfortable room. Breakfast buffet is ok. They forgot to clean up room, but immediately cleaned when I told them. Pool a bit small. Overall nice experience, good value and close to all Yas attractions.

Great hotel near ferrari world

The hotel is in great condition, closer to a 5 stars than a 4. Staff is very friendly. If you need to go downtown you should consider that it is about 20-20 mins by taxi without traffic.

second time there and we will stay again next year

Pros: everything plus extra nice staff
Cons: restaurants a bit pricey !!
Location: great location and a room overlooking yas marina circuit
spent lots of time relaxing at yas beach club and enjoyed everything !! Upgraded to the upper lounge

Pleasant hotel near the airport

Stayed a night to catch an early flight, bathroom would benefit from some rehab; breakfast however was excellent as was all service from staff members
