Great hotel Welcoming staff. Thank you for room flowers. I love this hotel and always stay here when in AD. Suggestion: if in room dining can be updated.

Fantastic hotel with everything you need

We have done a lot of traveling and you cannot fault the fairmont. Room cleanliness, location, options of restaurants/ hotel facilities but most of all the employees ensure you have everything you need and cater to your needs. Whatever you want or need they will make sure they provide it to you and make note of what you want. The people are really welcoming and are the true reason the fairmont is great. Highly recommend and we are looking forward to coming back.

The hotel is nice overall but thay have some made up rools never face it in any outhr hotels

A must stay hotel with good staff and view

Hotel was excellent. Staff is very helpful across hotel. Hotel has many sit out and excellent view and private beach. They will help you in all levels like they upgraded us without request and also helped in other arrangements.

Weekend stay at the Fairmont

Hotel is nice and staff are friendly 1 ussue is the 5 reminders for the checkout at 12 between 11.30 and 12.15 Up to the point when 1 staff came knocking on the door with a very upset face at 12.15!! Check in time was 3pm and we got to the room at 4pm. That was really upsetting and the reason why I'm not going there again
