The room is big enough and the view was not bad, but was not clean enough. chairs and tables were too old. the bath did not smell good. the tubes had leakage problem, but they did not solve it. A man from Egypt that I forgot his name worked near the reception. he was the best point of that hotel. he was kind and ready for answering gusts. Finally I can say the main problem of this hotel is cleanness.

This is my second time staying here...it's a nice room.....close to hamdan but not so crazy busy, close to airport road. Good housekeeoing...done Everytime you leave the room....had an amazing stay went to all the tourist attractions

A Dump at a higher price!
Filthy place! Took three attempts when I checked in to find a room that was clean! They are not prepared to handle English speaking tourist. They gave me a Map that was at least 8 years old in Arabic! Gave me wrong address/ island where louvre museum is Located! The safe didn’t work...... they gave me til 4pm as a late check out yet called me at 330pm and told me I was overstayed? The right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing.... they charged me again 30 dirhans even though my receipt sent by your company shows I paid! Very disappointed !!) I expect you as a company to compensate me... the hotel is not worth the money I paid I would say Tourist Beware!! A big rip off! Mohammad a younger night manager was the only professional and saving grace! From the outside it looks good but when u get in the room it was totally gross!

Lowest cost but regretful
Reported WiFi issues but no response until I made 2nd complaint. I was moved to a different room that WiFi worked fine. Housekeeping was below expectations. Beds were clean although I didn’t get the feeling much attention was given to cleanliness. The trash can lids were were filthy. Had to ask to have them cleaned and it didn’t make much difference when they did. A Leak in the bathroom toilet sprayer caused water on the floor constantly. A bath mat was sometimes left, most times not. Probably because the floor was always wet and pointless.

Hard to find...not for tourists
Google maps and WAZE were not able to exactly locate this hotel because it is behind other buildings, especially when arriving at night!. Not many restaurants around to eat. The bathroom curtain has a lipstick "lips mark" from the inside and it's also dirty. Tried to have breakfast the first morning and had to leave cause nobody was assisting. Hotel is only good if you are being picked up, dropped off and only sleeping in.

It was complete disaster. They ignored non smoking request and put me on stinky room, shower has wrong angle wich makes lake in bath room, drains smells bad, wifi was super week... nothing was positive

No hearing, poor cleaning
No heating and AC leaked cold air in the room, so if you are prone to get colds/respiratory illnesses, I'd recommend skipping this one. Rooms hadn't been properly cleaned in a while, need a visit by Stanley steamer. I've seen cleaner sofas on the streets on NY. However, staff was super nice and helpful, too bad the facilities dont match their 5star excellence. But if you need affordable stay and can live with the defects, it's ok.
