Excellent location. Very clean hotel and felt safe . Great staff , very helpfull. Lovely swimming pool although at times certain different areas of the hotel were playing different music at the same time which was irritating. This may judt have been for F1 week . Overall a fantastic hotel

The hotel was nice and clean. Access to beach is not convenient at all. The closest needs about 10 min walk, and another requires shuttle trip, which I did not go since the shuttle did not show and I had limited time to visit the beach. The breakfast was excellent. I was not offered anything as VIP.

The staff is amazing and the hotel is clean! Only the pool is ice cold they haven’t fixed the heating of it for the last 6 months the staff told me. My kids of 5 and 2 didn’t want to swim because of ice cold. While it says heated pools. Please fix that and also some more foreigner food then just Asian food

Shower is bad! I met one person called him self a manager he can’t resolve a problems! Too long to bring what you need! Some times reception hates to help! Finally don’t forget to pay 15 AED per night for tourism TAX! Enjoy stay 😉

Whomever the previous tenant was of the room apparently broke a glass. I stepped on a shard when I was walking barefoot near the patio. Had to stopped the bleeding and ask the staff to send someone up to vacuum. I pulled the glass out so quickly and didn't know where it went. I didn't want the next person to step on it.

Regrettably, my overall impression of Radisson Blu Yas in Abu Dhabi has led me to advise against choosing this hotel. It is disheartening to share such a negative review, especially considering the positive experiences I have had with the Radisson brand in the past. It's important to point out that I was reached out after my stay by one of the Guest Specialist Manager. He was really sorry for the experience I had and recognizes the areas of improvements. I appreciate their attention to this matter while they are worried about their guests experience - not many hotels actually care about calling their guests to understand the issues - and sincerely hope that improvements can be made to uphold the esteemed reputation that Radisson has built over the years.

Below avrg experience

We booked a premium room with a king-size bed for two adults and two children. But on arrival we were asked if we wanted to upgrade for a fee. We saw no reason for that until we saw that we got standard bed for two people! Reception could not understand the problem and explained that all their rooms are same size, premium just meant that we also had a balcony. We could get an extra bed for a fee. It took us a few hours to resolve it with a manager, so we got a less comfortable sofa bed, without extra charge, but we had to explain the difference between standard, queen and king size beds :D The fridge in the room did not work, which was critical, as we had insulin for our son in it. The pools were under construction, which we were notified about post reservation. However, the work starts early morning till late in the day. Breakfast selection is good and staff is very friendly. However, they dont value cleanliness that much, it seems. All in All, our experience was rather disapointing.

Agréable sejour

Hôtel très agréable. Bon accueil. Personnel au top autant à l accueil qu à la piscine . J étais à l aise avec mes 2 enfants. La navette disponible juste en face de l hôtel nous a permis de nous rendre au centre commercial donc très pratique lorsque nous n avons pas de véhicule. Chambre spacieuse et propre et nous avons eu un lit d appoint sans frais supplémentaire . Abords de l hôtel agréable juste en face du circuit t’as Islande mon fils en tant que fan de F1 était ravi!!!. Pas de plage en accès direct mais possibilité de profiter de la plage de l hôtel crown plaza mais pas d avis car nous n en avons pas profité.

Gutes Hotel auf Yas Island. Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Yas Mall und F1 Strecke in 5-7min mit Taxi erreichbar. Gibt einen Privatstrand mit Elektrobuggy erreichbar. Leider war dort aber die Bar geschlossen. Hatte aber WC und Dusche. Hat ein Pub und ein Italienisches Restaurant. Essen war gut. Flughafen ist nicht weit, daher auch immer mal wieder Flugverkehr. Hat aber nicht wirklich gestört.

Customer service was terrible. They checked me in later than checking time and had me waiting for hours. I requested a roll out bed since I booked and I had to call no joke like 10 times from my room begging them to bring it. There so many better places in Yas island to stay at.
