Nice and comfortable hotel in Nigeria.

Pros: Cleanliness and comfort.
Cons: The carpeting on the 562 wing is getting old and needs to be replaced. Co ordination of payment between Expedia and Hilton needs to be improved.
Location: Location is great.
I had a very good experience. The only problem is that Expedia did not make their cash available or it was not communicated to them so i was being asked to pay.I insisted that i have already paid.

£1,800 for 4 nights, day light robbery

No wonder The Hilton in Abuja is apparently the chains biggest grossing hotel when they charge £450 A NIGHT. Surely they must see that by conning their customers this takes a hit on their other hotels worldwide. Their prices are ridiculously high because they know people have very limited options on where to stay in Abuja. I will be boycotting The Hilton group as of now. Very high price for a substandard service and frankly an old and dated hotel.

Ok trip

It was alright. The guy in charge of the tennis court would not give us balls to play. Aside that... The hotel services was good.

Good business hotel

Rooms good and selection of eating options onsite. Upgrade works ongoing which is encouraging as rooms (bathrooms especially) are a bit dated. Booking of airport pickup in advance could be more straightforward. Gym changing room showers need urgent upgrade - lack of wall mounted shower gel is ridiculous. Steam room would be a nice addition as well.
