nice hotel

Pros: location, safety, beach access (it is directly on the beach)
Location: there are restaurants and supermarkets near by. also to excange money there is the best deal you need to walk to the left across about 700meters
Nice hotel, the beach current are strong but the hotel provides a life gard on the beach. if he is not there a security guard warns people if there is any problem. there are free chairs and tables provided by the hotel at the beach. hotel is very secure, walking at night outside is also secure. overall the hotel is very nice and the rooms have a safe and a small balcony looking at the beach. i recommend this hotel.

Great location

Great location right on the beach. Great views from the rooms. Room service could be better. We didn't get what we requested and they came in the room when we put the sign not to. Overall decent.

Very good and affordable price. Food was good. Love the location many activities to do and right in front of the beach

Horrible don't stay here

The AC didn't work in our room so we requested they change us rooms they send a repair man that just lowered the temp but didn't fix anything they finally agreed to switch our rooms to a room that wasn't even clean. Then they didn't clean the room for 3 days even after I would call & ask for clean towels or toilet paper. Room service would take our order but then they wouldn't take the food up & there was a no outside food policy that we ended up breaking cause of lack of service

Nice hotel with beautiful view.

Excelente hotel. Check-in was so quickly they give us our room before midday, all the employees were so nice and very helpful. If I return to Acapulco I'll stay here again with out thinking twice, the price it really worthy.Good location, what I really loved was the view our hotel was 1603 (16th floor).

Clean and economical

Pros: The location and the price.
Cons: Balconies are extremely small, but this is the style of the hotel, so cannot be changed.
Location: Great Italian restaurant across the street, Forza Italia. Close to all the Condesa bars and restaurants.
I booked this hotel as I had cancelled our first night at another hotel due to a flight cancellation, only to have the flight rescheduled. As we arrived in Acapulco at 11:15 at night, this was a good place to get a night's sleep. The room was mountain view, so we were on the Costera side of the hotel, but the room was very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The hotel staff were friendly during check in and check out.
