Nice hotel but small pools

Hotel is ok but outdated and only recommend if you are looking for a bargain

is good for just sleep

Pros: the pool
I had a problem with the hot water and they fixed 2 hours later. The internet is really bad and the mattress is uncomfortable

This hotel was only fair the amenities where fair not updated. For the the money that was spent I expected more. The pool was small compared to how many rooms where in the hotel.

Nice hotel close right on beach

Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
Location: Full on place for all water activities right at the door
Everything was great, close to beach , enough shops and taxis right out front if need be.Hotel also books any tours you like.

Great location in the middle of the resort area

Pros: Location, security, ocean view and All Inclusive package.
Cons: Facility is dated but still very nice.
Location: Not a lot to do near by, a general store is 2 blocks away and a small market across the street. Cliff Divers and flea markets are cab rides.
Pool or beach, hard to choose but both pleasant. No sense of security concerns on the property but in town a lot of police present.

Looks nice in pictures. Very unpleasant experience

First and for most I arrived to Acapulco to find out that my reservation was cancelled by the hotel because they process an unauthorized transaction on my debit card. After speaking with staff and managemnt at the hotel, they made it very inconvenient during the check- in process stating that they only accept credit cards not debit cards. The staff was very unprofessional in every aspect when asked questions regarding the hotel amenities. In side the room the sheets look like they needed to be washed. I woke up with rashes from the bedding. Overall this Copacabana hotel deserves a 1 star rating. Would not recommend to anyone

It's highly recommend to use always credit cards to make reservations on internet, to avoid that kind of situations. We gladly accept debit cards directly at the front desk of the hotel, like we tried to explain. But being a foreign debit card, it's recommendable and sometimes necessary to contact your bank first before traveling and trying to use the debit card in another country. This way, your bank can unlock the fonds, for you to use freely. We will put special attention to the details commented, so we can keep emproving everyday, and hopefully to have the opportunity to have you back with us again. Have a great weekend.

all inclusive is a great deal

The staff is very friendly and the food is excellent. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and beach. Having control of the room air conditioning is a great for comfort. TV has only shows in Spanish. There is a CD player to use.

Not the most pleasant vacation

I've been vacationing in Acapulco for years. Never have I encountered a problem with a hotel until this year. I booked 7 rooms, and encountered terrible service from the start. Check in was a pain, and the hotel closed the pool for hotel guest due to an event on a Saturday night... ridiculous if you ask me. Hotel claimed that everyone was informed, but many guest walked down to the pool with their swim gear only to be denied.
