Very nice hotel and very clean

Pros: Very clean. near the beach, good location, very safe and clean. Staff is very nice
Cons: Elevators are often not functioning. not good if you are on the 25 th floor. Also they should have a better system to allow guess to visits.
Location: Very good location. well situated. good restaurant, clean
Very good place to stay. Very busy place but well managed

Close to beach and easy access to everything, pleased with my stay, would like for the hotel to have entertainment but, everything else is ok

Great view

Nice hotel and beach. The bay is beautiful but its very dangerous. We had to have life guard rescue a friend. The sand drops off and it's extremely hard to come out of the water without being pulled back in. The hotel is old but is well kept up.

A Nice hotel with lovely facilities.

Pros: I don't think there is a room where you can't see the ocean.
Cons:
Staff was friendly and helpful. The pools were clean. Their depth varied and small children appeared to enjoy playing in the water. There were many chairs available for sitting by the pool.

Excellent location along the beach/tourist area.

Lines were a little long at check in but staff was friendly and helpful.The hotel is well maintained but room furnishings, drapes, bath and vanity areas are out of date. Linens and towels also showing wear.The hotel is kept very clean and most of the staff is friendly especially so is the day security guard stationed by the elevators. There are five guest elevators and two were out of service the entire stay. WiFi also weak in the room except by the entrance door. Overall great staff, clean property but showing lack of investment in renovations that are long overdue.

Great hotel

Great hotel. Excellent views, good service, private beach, lots of pools. The on-site restaurants are reasonably priced, but the hours are highly confusing and the food is just OK. Better restaurants nearby. Spring for the ocean-view suite with balcony; you won't regret it.

Nice Hotel in the Golden Zone

Pros: The rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfy. I had a nice balcony. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Even though Acapulco has a bad reputati
Cons: They should have a swimming pool only for children.
Location: The Crowne Plaza is in the middle of restaurants, bars, shopping centers, etc. Right where the traditional Acapulco is.
I stayed in this hotel 23 years ago and I had a great experience. Twenty 23 later, it is not as majestic as it use to, but it is still a very nice hotel.

The hotel is good in some points and safe

It was good the ac didn't work but they move me to another room for the to repair the original one was an easy move. He room was ok but the mattress was a bit hard not pillow top mattresses. Beside that the hotel is good and also and amazing view from the ph floor

The best!

The best location for the best price. It just annoyed me that I asked for a bell boy and A CART and he showed up almost 30 min after with NO CART, so me and my family had to carry ALL the luggage instead because I wasn't willing to wait another 30 min for a cart.
