Boring

Beds were hard and had bedbugs! One day I just woke up with bits everywhere! Internet kept kicking me out and worked when it wanted too. There is nothing to do after 7 pm. Pool closes and there are no activities. We had to leave the hotel to do anything. Drinks and food were bad. The food was cold and there was not much variety. The best thing I had there was yogurt and beans. We made a reservation at restaurant and even that was less than mediocre. I was very disappointed. My friends that traveled with me felt the same way. I was there to celebrate my birthday . Wouldn't come back. The concierge kept bugging us until we agreed to see their type of time share package . We spoke to 4 people until they finally let us go after over 2 hours later. They didn't want to take no for an answer. One woman was very nice though I don't remember her name but she was new.

More of a family hotel, they didn't have any fun activities. Food was not good and they have a lot of staff that doesn't do anything. They also didn't have a good variety of drinks. I think I would have been better off staying somewhere else. I ended eating out and buying my own drinks. I would not recommend. The beds were hard I'm pretty sure they even had bed bugs

great location great staff, lousy services

the staff really do their best to make you feel comfortable, but the buffet or the room quality is like a 2 star hotel, air conditioner never gets cooler than 24° c (around 74) for a beach hotel i think it is not cool enough. no mini bar. great beach, small but great.

old and mediocre all inclusive hotel

horrible beds, horrible pillows, the food is below average, expensive for what they offer, the pool was in remodeling, but nobody told us until we were there, the hotel is really old.

So confusing.... too many elevators.... not comfy beds at all.... i could keep going....

My father and brother wre very happy

Pros: Room service, comodities
Cons: Excellent
Location: they visit many places from the hotel, they took many activities like the Catamaram tour. They travel to Xtapa
My father and his brother were very happy in thishotel, excellent attention, very good food, room. They will invited everybody to visit ths place

Hotel just outdated, it's not a 4 star hotel period. Rooms are noisy very disappointed. For the price. Thank you.

Nice environment - Horrible beds

Loved the location. Very quiet and relaxing. The pools were nice, the drinks strong and plentiful. However, I spent the entire second and third day with horrible back pain after sleeping on that sheet covered rock they call a bed. Everything else about this place was perfect, but those beds will keep me from returning or recommending the place to others. GET NEW BEDS!!!!!!
