Hotel Atitlan was absolutely breathtaking!! We stayed for two nights and had an amazing time. The food was delicious and everyone had great hospitality! Everyone who worked there was beyond kind. This is one of the few hotels that exceeded our expectations, can’t wait to come back! The only complaints we have is that the WiFi disconnects often especially in the rooms. And the lonely parrot locked away in the dining room. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Pequeños inconvenientes al usar el sauna y spa, tuve que pedir cambio de toalla que se la tuve que pedir a un adolescente la había agarrado y la estaba usando, personas sin traje de baño usando el jacuzzi en ropa interior o pantaloneta. Los baños del spa se mantenían sucios por la cantidad de personas presentes por el finde largo. El primer día esperamos 1hr para que hubieran toallas disponibles.
