Most of the staff was amazing. We had an ocean side view with 2 double beds. The fridge leaked the whole time. There was some wallpaper peeling off the walls. The floors were not cleaned during our stay and I ended up asking the housekeeper to borrow the broom and sweep the room out myself. But honestly for the price of it compared to other places and the location, I feel it was fair and I’d consider staying again. The front desk gal Brittany really is as amazing as all the Google reviews say. She will make you smile!

Loved the location and how clean the hotel was. Room may say coastal but does not have water view. It’s decorated in coastal decor. There is no Buffett breakfast offered only menu items that were just ok. Small pool. No bar service the first day. Second day they had offered bar service at pool but the poor bartender had to keep going up and down to get drinks. Not Whst I expected

Check in and out was smooth. Hotel itself was good. Staff were great! Hotel is very big and has several restaurants to choose from. The snack shop is open 24 hrs. The beach was approximately 100 feet from back entrance and was so convenient. The room was large and plenty of space. We had breakfast at the restaurant on 6th floor and it was delicious. Overall I would stay here again!

My kids really enjoyed the stay here. Everyonem was so welcoming and acomodarinfg. Our vacation was so fun and relaxing we are planning to come again in August.
