Nice hotel, close to the airport. Great location

Pros: Location
Cons: Train some of the front desk staff to loose the attitude.
Location: Close to the main airport and to town
The check in was not smooth. I had to have my room changed because the AC was not working and I could not lock my windows because the lock was broken. Kofi the night manager was excellent. After he fact checked with me he changed my room and made sure I was safe and comfortable. The rest of my stay was smooth.

Bad Stay

Unfortunately this turned out to be a very bad stay. The Best Western Premier Accra Airport Hotel and its staff was unprepared for a series of events that led them to deliver extremely poor service to their guests, including myself, and doing additional charges without consulting the prospective guests on their decisions. As with all things, we need to take this with a pinch of salt. Ghana is a beautiful country and I will surely be back for business again and perhaps a holiday. I will give the hotel another try, as I understand that not all things are always in your control. Hopefully the staff has learnt from this experience and will put the necessary initiatives in place to circumvent the mistakes that were made for future guest stay.

Comfortable stay

In one of the best neighbourhoods, close to Kotoka airport. Rooms are spacious and have all required amenities. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets are all copious and varied. The a la carte menu seems to be quite good too. Only minor drawback is the wifi - it works with a system of (free) vouchers which disconnect when you are idle for a few minutes. You need to login again every time. The connection itself is fine.
