“The airport shuttle service does not exist! I had no hotel responses to my questions about shuttle times. Expedia was unable to contact them. We had to get a taxi. Hotel informed us they do not have a shuttle but Expedia won't remove it from the website!”

“The shower cabin was too small for my large husband. The water was not constantly warm, sometimes it changed to cold. Also I reserved 2 room. Only one room had a bidet. ”

“Hotel was old and tired and rooms are badly in need of updating. The rooms were supposed to be superior ones but the layout was very different from the images on the website so I don't think they were. Also there is a glass wall to the bathroom so if you get up to use it in the night you disturb anyone else in the room with the light. The restaurant food was not great. There were also some unexpected charges at the end of the stay that were not mentioned on check in. The pool and beach……

“The location is very good, where the entrence of the city of Pompeii is just next to the hotel. Free parking is provided. The garden is fascinating where lots of home planted lemon trees are all around. You can take lots of great photos in this fascinating garden at night. Dishes were excellent especially the Napoli pizza.”
