Overall, this was a good stay. The room was comfortable & clean. The staff was great. My keycard stopped working. I thought it just needed a battery change.The night clerk picked my lock at midnight. She was very nice & apologetic. But then after that, my keycard kept demagnetizing over & over again. I had to go to the desk up to 8 times to get a new key over & over again. The manager & the desk clerk told me I would get $50 off for the 4 nights I stayed. Well, in the end that didn't happened. I was lied to. I never got mad which I probably should have-then I might have gotten my discount. I had a good stay but just not coming through with a promise is just not right. Do better Bayshore.

"This was one of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. There was a little library on the 2nd floor with books to borrow. There were real coffee cups for morning coffee in the room. Nothing bad to say about the room."
