“Perfect place to stay”

“We had a lovely stay that we booked that morning. The staff was kind and gave our daughter lots of attention on her birthday. Appreciate the ear plugs in the rooms. Everything was clean, including the pool area that the kids loved! My son said the beds were especially comfy. Thanks for the great place to stop on our way across Wisconsin.”

“I liked the king and queen bed. The bathroom is very small. The breakfast was just ok. The coffee was luke warm.”

“One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. Very clean and spacious rooms. Free breakfast and good waffles. Coffee ready anytime. Really pleasant. Great experience.”

“Everything was filthy, entrance 6 had a horrid smell you had to hold your breath to walk though. Bed had crumbs and dog hair. There was womans underwear left behind from previous occupant. Rooms smelled like mold, when they came to change the sheets the owners wife and daughter came and looked visibly upset. The pool was dirty, the hot tub had visible floating dead skin cells. When it was time for breakfast there was not much to pick from not enough for the people that showed up for it.”

“This was the most atrocious stay I have ever had at a hotel. I called to let them know that I would be bringing a service animal as a courtesy and they proceeded by asking me illegal questions about my dogs that are against ada compliance and laws. They said they would do an assessment of my dogs once we arrive and after I told them that this was illegal they backed off. Then once we got there she asked for paperwork regarding my service dog. Which is also illegal. Then once we entered the room……
