At bit above good but not quite at great.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location was ideal for connecting with friends. The amenities were good and the common areas, attractive and comfortable. The breakfast options were acceptable but not the greatest. The a/c in my room never seemed to cool beyond a mid point even though I moved the controls to the coldest setting. I appreciated that there were plug adapters to accommodate all types of plugs.

Harmony is a good choice. It's in a central area and it is not loud. The set-up is nice, no problems.

Good Location, Rude receptionist..

I had booked for a royal room - king but at the time of check in I was told it was a lower room-queen size but when I insisted that it was the royal room and tried to look for my booking she said will provide you with the room as if it was a favor . When I enter the room it was hot as a steam room and the hotel staff just switches the fan and says it is the best room of the hotel , I call he reception and tell her the room is hot and only has a fan she says we can send you one more fan , I was not happy to hear that and I told her the room I have booked is with aircon , to that she replies that they are fully booked and that got me upset and i went down and insisted to speak to the manager ,she spoke on the phone and says ok we have one room which has an aircon....very bad behavior as she was rude and she lied as I spoke to one of the staff the next morning and was told that hotel is low in occupancy as it is a low season....Now for check out, I reached the hotel at 12:50 p.m. from a meeting and requested if I can check out at 1:30 p,m, and she says your check out was at 12 p.m. but you can check out by 1p.m. , I told her 10 mins would be difficult to pack and leave she very rudely said on 1:15 p.m. as if 1:30 p.m. we will have to charge you for late check out.... I have been travelling to addis for the last 5 years and have never experienced such bad and rude behavior ....DISAPPOINTED!!

Ok Hotel. Great location

It's an old hotel that could use some renovation. The beday are not comfortable. The staff are positioned around but not eager to help. The hotel is located at a very convenient location. Close to the airport and sorrounded by bank and restaurants.

Nice hotel next to everything.

Pros: Location and Spa services
Cons: Better beds, a bigger and more firm bed.
Location: Location is perfect. Edna mall is nearby with food, cinema and activities for kids. Mama's kitchen has great food, drinks and music.
Harmony Hotel is conveniently located to everything. Edna Mall, Mama's Kitchen, clubs bars restaurants are all in walking distance. The hotel has a nice spa service which does everything, massage, pedicure manicure. etc. Rooms are decent but could be better. The bed feels terrible.

Don't believe everything Hotels.com tells you...

Stayed at Harmony several times because the location is convenient for me and they have a very reasonably priced and good spa, plus a free gym that is pretty good sized inside the hotel. The food is not that great but it will do. There are not many decent restaurants in the area. I have only stayed in the newer part of the hotel and I hear the older part is not as nice. Unfortunately, the carpet has never been cleaned, as far as I can tell, in all the rooms I have stayed in. However, a colleague had new laminate flooring in her room and that was far nicer than the filthy carpet in mine. Harmony also had a room charge added on when I went to check out even though I had already paid through this site. This was my first time using Hotels.com. It is important to note that Hotels.com oversells this property by claiming that the rooms have "separate bathtub and shower, and a separate bedroom, all of which is not true. Of course, I doubt Hotels.com will adjust the rate or compensate me for false advertising or for notifying them that weather and airline delays made me a day late in arriving. I notified Hotels.com via email as I was in Paris and I notified Harmony by having my colleague tell them I would not make it. They said they would cancel my reservation for that night but it was up to Hotels.com to give me my money back. I suspect each will point the finger at the other and leave me, the customer, to pay the price for something only God could control.

Got a room(second floor) which has no AC then changed the room to 6th floor, this time there was no hot water... but location, cleaning, breakfast, facilities in hotel are quite well.
