Modern hotel, poor service

Nice and confortable setting Poor service from checkin, airport pickup, bar service, lol this is really a joke But hey there is not much competition, it’s either radisson Hilton or Sheraton.

Very good hotel in Addis, but food to poor

Pros: Location, quality of room, bedding, etc.
Cons: See above. Also parking management -- this is due to construction of the hotel but still could be managed better,
Generally, by Addis standards this is definitely one of the 2-3 best hotels in the city. The food however has taken a very noticeable drop in quality, selection, and preparation. Too bad because it used to be the best in the city. The security card readers in the elevators need to be replaced as they are extremely frustrating to use -- if management have not noticed they have not been in the elevators with any guests who can be seen constantly rolling their eyes in frustration that such a simple thing works so poorly.

Food surprisingly bad

Generally a very good option in Addis. But the food is extremely disappointing, especially compared to past years.

Still one of best choices in Addis Ababa, but the food has taken a very noticeable downturn in terms of quality, taste and choice. Both my colleague and I were sick from eating in the restaurant on different days of the same week. Shame - it used to be the best in Addis.

Nice but not cheap

They charged me for arriving early. Also charged for the breakfast, but it was worth it- amazing breakfast. I would stay there again just for the breakfast.

Stay at International Hotels

Pros: Great staff, very clean
Cons: I think an emergency light and fan can be installed in the elevator for emergency. Improve the internet
Location: Didn't get out since was busy trying to complete some graduate work and the few days I was in country.
The hotel stay was great, to include the business lounge and the great staff that was available daily. Three times while in the elevator the power went out. This was not a pleasant feeling. Since this had happened to us 2 times already, I made it my business to locate the call button. Only after multiple ring the call button that someone finally answered. If the power goes out, immediately staff should be assuring the customers that the situation is under control. Install an emergency light and fan that automatically turns on when power failure occurs. After the second time, I decided to take the stairs, however, my room was on the 9th floor.

Nice hotel, good staff

I was astounded that a 5* hotel would not have any sweeteners in 2017! Please adjust this miserable status. A wider variety at the restaurant would be helpful. Although I like baked beans, there is a limit to that stuff. Given the above, I was shocked at the price of your breakfast, $23.00!!!
