Nice hotel close to shopping

Upon checking into our room we noticed a horrible smell as soon as the door was opened we we're moved to another room fairly quickly

The complimentary breakfast and service xo

Very good experience overall, unfortunately when we wanted to extend our stay the hotel staff did not give us the same rate than our two previous nights (which we reserved the very day we checked in) and we had to spend our third night in another hotel. Plus they offer complimentary snacks by the elevators but they were not fresh. Clean, great breakfast and wonderful service overall.

Reservation requirements not met

Pros: I do want to commend the staff, everyone that we encountered was pleasant and friendly.
Location: Galleria Mall
I reserved a room with 2 double beds as I was travelling with my adult daughter. Upon arrival, was informed that a room with double beds was not available, just king rooms. Not the ideal situation to have to share the bed with my daughter, nor was she thrilled to have to share with me. We had a room that faced the expressway, making our stay not only uncomfortable, but very noisy.

Not the best hotel for family, room was to small

The room was not the best for a family stay, it was to small for the extra bed we needed. should have a larger room for family and please add free Wi-Fi the best hotels do.
