Nice hotel, but they keep charging my card

My stay was very nice, HOWEVER, after I checked out and left town, I was charged for an extra night. Called to talk to manager that night, and manager had already left. Was told to call back at ten am. Called back a little after and manager was on a conference call so the lady at the front desk said she would call me back when she was done. Manager never called me back. Called again later that evening, manager was busy but the man at the front desk said she had fixed the issue and would send me an email. I never got the email. The next morning the charge was removed from my bank, much to my relief. But then another one showed up for an even higher price. Called immediately. The lady at the front desk was a little rude, but that could have been just a reaction to my anxiety coming through the phone. She informed me that I was charged because I extended my stay. Thats completely impossible because I am not even in town. She said thats the only way stays can be extended, if someone comes down with id and credit card. I have mine. So that means someone that works there is booking a room under my name and card illegally. I informed the lady at the front and she said to call back tomorrow and speak with the manager then. I have been asking to speak with her. Im afraid Im going to have to make a trip out there just to talk with her in person.

Nice Holiday

Staff were super friendly and room very clean. Did not make it to daily breakfast but coffee was great. Enjoyed my time there, will definitely recommend and stay there again when in Dallas.

Funky Sinks and Showers

Weird rooms, had a tiny walk in shower and a bathroom sink that was 7" higher than the 36" counter, would not suggest staying there.

very good experience they took $10 from my credit card when I am checking. They told me after few days you will get back that money. But I didn't get it. that is my experience. except this case every thing very good very nice.

Great hotel!

The hotel was in a great location! We came to Dallas for the Zoo, the Dallas World Aquarium and the American Girl store. The hotel was very clean, the Breakfast was great and the kiddos loved the pool.

Phone did not work, hair dryer did not work. Called on my cell phone to desk informed they were not working. So how did they answer when I called from my cell??? Asked for replacement hair dryer they said for me to come get. (???) this is part of the customer service.....USB port for me to plug in my laptop was not working correctly. 1 mirror in entire room, in bathroom. Never stayed in hotel there was not full length mirror or at least a mirror you could see more than your head. Nice hotel but needs these improvements, to me.
