My car was stolen from this property, in broad day light. The gate that we all were paying for paid and secure parking lot just so happen to be “broken” and the area where my car was parked conveniently didn’t have cameras. The staff told me that I could speak with the General Manager. I have his contact number because I would like to discuss the matter, why the parking lot wasn’t more secured if the gate was “broken,” and how to prevent this in the future. I have called and the General Manager on a cell that was giving me and while he was at work (the staff I spoke to told me he was there), and he never answered the phone. He also never responded back to my voicemail. Not only have we stayed at this facility on multiple occasions, this trip we also encouraged 4 other couples to reside there with us. This General Manager didn’t have the decency to even give me a call back. I am more than furious and disappointed. I also was from out of town and had to inconvenience people just to help us get back home. I don’t know what I was expecting, but I expected more answers and a little more empathy. I will never stay here again and I will encourage anyone that I know to not stay here either.
