Location: location is conveniently close to shops and restaurants

Raddison Hotel

I was overall excited with my stay. Not too far from the in laws, not too far from the Cowboys Stadium. The hotel itself isn’t too shabby, but the elevators could definitely use some renovation. Our room phone wouldn’t dial the front desk, so I had to call to the front from my phone & we didn’t have an iron but that was about it. Very SPACIOUS bed, and BEAUTIFUL FULL LENGTH mirror with the built in lights. I would definitely stay here again!

Pleasant hotel in Addison Tx.

Pros: The cosy and very comfortable bed.
Location: Near Methodist Hospital
Check in for one night was easy as booked through Expedia. The night clerk on duty was pleasant and helpful.

Super Duper Nice!!!

This place was the bomb!!!! I felt safe and like I was at home. The staff was totally awesome and super friendly and helpful. The bed was sweet and very comfortable.

Overall the hotel was nice. close to everything!

The front desk staff (Kim, and everyone else) were extremely nice except for the front desk guy with the bald head. He was extremely rude and just a total vibe killer. He has personal issues and bring them to work which reflects on the overall of radisson.

Excellent Hotel

I was absolutely impressed with the size & affordability of the room. The room service was efficient and awesome. As a disabled Veteran that suffers from insomnia and PTSD I was able to achieve a great rest without interruption. I appreciate the staff adding a day for more rest. I will definitely stay at the Radisson every time I come to Dallas. I will certainly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great experience. Stayed one night prior to flying out of Love Field. Proximity was exactly what I wanted.

Great Stay

Location: Near restaurants and shopping

Failed to provide the room I booked

I knew that I was going to be arriving after midnight and so early that day I contacted the hotel to let them know that I'd be arriving late and that I prepaid for a single King room and I did not want a handicap room. When I arrived after midnight to check in I specifically asked if the room was a handicap room and I was told no sir. I got to my room and sure enough it was handicapped. My suits hung to the floor. I was too exhausted to fight with them. In addition, the TV was so far away from the bed that I could not lie in bed and watch the TV. Overall, it's a nice property but it needs better management.
