“Poorly managed property - they'll be in touch like clockwork to get your security deposit payment then don't deliver details of how to pickup keys come check-in time. After a few call attempts they blamed it on the cleaner "forgetting" to put the key in the lock box. We were greeted with dirty dishes from the last guest and our request for a 3rd bed not fulfilled. They told me that I forgot to put that request into them... funny considering I have it clearly noted on their confirmation email……

“Great location, clean room, easy process. Expedia makes it hard to communicate due to blocking URLs within messages so I had to switch between the app and the web app multiple times. Thankfully the property host warned about this and remembered everything so I was able to obtain the access code and check in. Thank you. Please push Expedia for a better communication process or use their messaging channel. ”

“A perfect home-base for an Adelaide stay. Plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. A 3 min walk from the main train station, and a 10 minute walk or less to Adelaide oval for the footy. All the essentials for cooking in the kitchenette, along with shampoo, conditioner etc in the bathroom. Washing machine is a great edition as well. Loved a morning coffee/ tea on the balcony with the morning sun coming through - great natural lighting. Overall Swainson is a great place to book……
