Good location for Adelaide oval or Hindley stPosted May 15, 2016
Great central location. But distinct budget hotel standards. Shower heads are low mounted, low pressure, low on hot water. Rooms are unserviced. Hindley st below is loud. Toilet paper is cheap... Reception wasn't even open for check out at 7:50am. Besides the heinous shower, this was a basic problem free room. It just lacked certain comforts that I expected.

Don't expect any service.Posted May 8, 2016
Cons: Staff training. Some has not basic service skills or intention.
The position is good but the staff, especially the woman in the afternoon shift is terrible (only one staff at a time). Wifi is only till 9pm and room is not cleaned daily.

Pretty disappointed with the facility. It's an old building and could really use some upgrades. The lobby area is the only place where you can get wifi, and they lock the lobby at 9 pm, so you have no access after that time. Laundry facilities and front desk help after 9 pm, even a bathroom close to the lobby - you have to run down the alley and across the street to their sister facility. With one exception, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd recommend staying in the same area but pay a little more per night and get a better hotel.

Handy but very datedPosted Apr 26, 2016 on Wotif
Pros: Location was very good. handy to the mall, buses, restaurants &bars.
Cons: Shower glass was badly cracked on both sides.one small frosted glass window that was cracked and didn't open so room very airless.
Location: Handy to the Rundle mall
Hotel is in a good location to the city but very dated and reception only open until 9pm and as the room was small and airless would have been nice to be able to sit in the lounge to watch a little tv but lights out at 9

Nice motel close to transport.Posted Apr 22, 2016 on Wotif
Pros: Its convenient position.
Cons: Bathroom needs work. Bathroom door needs replacing.
Location: Close to Cafeterias, trams, trains, markets and Shopping Mall.
Motel was clean enough but requires some cosmetic work. Bathroom needs updating. No meals supplied which is a drawback.

Ok but....Posted Apr 21, 2016 on Lastminute
The room was ok.. Very dated... Bathroom had a spa bath with shower over... No shower curtain so water was all over the floor even with the large spa bath.... Lots of mould and mildew around grouting etc... TV was wall mounted and very high up the wall making viewing difficult.

Nice room. Good size. Friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom a bit outdated but overall a good room in an excellent location for the price. Would stay again
