Car park was only available twice so we parked in a different spot. Room was nice, a really hard bed was the main issue we had. Pool and spa were fantastic. Overall a very good stay.

Fair kitchen allowed us to cook for ourselves but small fridge. Good location and easy to get to. Walk to most things and buses around. One lift not working, so just 1 lift for 17 floors was slow on occasion.

Great location - close to Adelaide Central Markets and a pleasant walk to Rundle Mall and restaurants. Our unit was on the top floor and view was spectacular. Everything in the unit was neat, tidy and clean. Was a little on the small side for 2 adults and 2 older teenagers. It was noisy at night and early morning - bar/ club near ground floor, intoxicated people shouting in adjacent walkways, neighbouring building sites. In the common areas and lifts there was a strong constant smell of cigarette smoke - which personally disliked the most.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was appropriate for our needs, with ample space for the 3 of us and was comfortable for a multi day stay. The balcony with opening/closing windows was a pleasant surprise. The washer/dryer was extremely helpful after a multi state trip. The common area facilities - pool, spa, sauna, steam room were a welcome addition. Security was paramount for the building, with access only via tags at all points. The only issue we had was the discovery of used false eyelashes in the bathroom cupboard. We would gladly stay again.

The property was within walking distance to public transport & it suited our needs as I was travelling with friends & the beds were all singles .The only downside was that we stayed on a Saturday night & there was a nightclub behind the building that played loud music until after midnight.If you just needed a room for the night it would be suitable & the it was very affordable.

One lift didn't work (due to a critical part failure)and there were notices saying that the stairwell could be used in the interim (this was during the 3 days of our stay) but this only happened half the time. We were stuck in the fire stairs at least 3 occasions during our stay so had to back track around the property alot. It's important to hold your nerve when using the stairwell just in case you do become stuck. My tip is to be resourceful and try the next available door. Pool and recreation facilities were excellent and the best Brazillian restaurant around the corner. Also a red stain in the hallway of our apartment so bring slippers just in case.

Stayed 5 nights, only 3 tea bags, part of the shower head was broken also the split system not working on heat, but do not worry came home with cold. I should not have to ask staff to fix these items they should all be fixed, although I have stayed in Adelaide numerous times I know I can get better value else where, I suggest Manager fix these issues!

The check in process was very quick and simple and the staff very helpful. The location of the IStay was great - very close to a wide variety of great eating places and only a short walk to the central market and the Mall. In addition, the apartment had all the facilities and contents to ensure a trouble free and enjoyable stay.

My second visit to iStay Precinct. Parking underground with a short walk to the lift that takes me straight up to my room is very convenient. There are roadworks out the front of the building and other nearby building works, which makes checking in a bit problematic. My main gripe was that Internet to the Altitude building (where I was) was unusable throughout my stay.

Great city apartment. Friendly staff.
Fantastic city views and lovely apartment. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Convenient parking under the building. Great location in the city. The only negative which was rectified as soon as I complained (although it should have been communicated in advance as we stayed two weeks and it was during an expensive period). There were lengthy building works being carried out while we were there and we booked a high floor balcony room with a view obviously to enjoy that aspect. There were notices in the room and around the building not to use the balcony from early morning until 5/6pm in the evening and keep blinds drawn closed. We were moved to a side of the building not being worked on after I complained but as much as I appreciate work needs to be carried out it seems a little cheeky to charge extra for a balcony when it can’t be used and the view can’t be enjoyed. Staff were so friendly and helpful though.

Great Location
Great location for our stay. Close to theatre & markets, 10 min. walk to Rundle Mall. Apartment was clean, kitchen was well equipped for light meals although there are many dining options around Chinatown. (Adjacent to the markets) Reception staff were always courteous and helpful, allowing us to leave our luggage when we arrived early. Would be happy to stay here again.
