Pros: Great friendly staff and exceptional customer service.
Cons: Curtains in rooms are looking a little tired.
Close to restaurants, public transport and more. Easy on site car parking at a amazing rate and use of 2 outdoor pools. Buffet breakfast was a good selection of food.

Pros: Pros - the room was very comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful.
Cons: Cons - some room cleaning wasn't taken care of properly, dishes weren't washed and used towels hanging behind the door weren't removed.
Location: The Tour Down Under was on when I stayed and there were many cyclists following the tour staying at the hotel.
The location of the hotel isn't in the heart of the city so it is a good walk to the better eateries and shopping areas. There is a taxi stand outside and if there isn't a taxi on the stand the hotel staff will ring for one. The hotel has a restaurant in it and so breakfast is available. The cost of the breakfast is expensive for what it is but the convenience factor counters the cost. The aircon dripped all over the desk as I had it on its lowest setting due to the 41 degree heat. That was quickly cleaned up but I was told not to leave it on the coldest setting.

Convenient location

Pros: Convenient for our purpose.
Cons: A top sheet on the bed.
Location: Resatuarants and parks and gardens and hotels.
My husband and I stayed for 8 nights and were very happy overall. It was convenient to walk to the Seniors Tennis Venue across the park and easy access via tram or walk to the main city areas. A small problem with our TV was immediately rectified by the man at reception at 9:00pm on our arrival. We had a lovely view to Glenelg, from the 11th floor west side. The only downside was the ventilation noise, coming from the bathroom which while it wasn't loud, was consistent during the nights. We were told it couldn't be avoided because of the ventilation system. Friends on a lower level didn't seem to have any noise though. We only had breakfast on the last morning and it was able to meet our needs. The location was great for discovering a variety of restaurants and pubs.

I was happy with my choice of hotel. The bed was comfortable, bathroom clean and modern, with good amenities, and I could open the sliding balcony door. I didn't sample the hotel food, as thought $20 for a continental breakfast was a bit exy, but there is ability to purchase muffins and cappuccino from the foyer, which suited well. Convenient to the centre of the city.

Pros: good value for the money.
Cons: they need to clean in the places you normally don't look. There is no pool or gym.
Location: wonderful view of the parklands.
unfortunately being an Asian owned Hotel there was not one hint of Christmas the atmosphere was very cold and bland. we will not be going there again. Last year we went to the Hilton. This hotel also Asian owned had the Christmas spirit so we recommend this one if you want that Christmas feeling.

Close to tram stop, saves looking for parks in city. Convenient to park car in hotel grounds. Nice area and good view from third floor. Shower over bath but has sturdy grab rail. Would have preferred a top sheet as it was too hot for quilt
