This beautiful home meets the beachside traveller’s needs; front gate access to the beach, BBQ, deck, space to park your boat or caravan, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful home to make your own for a weekend or a week. 3 large bedrooms, sun-room and a spacious open-plan lounge room make bedding options flexible. We can accommodate up to 10 guests at The Beach House @ Grange. First level features: Open plan living and dining and timber deck | Third bedroom | Kitchen | Laundry | Bathroom | Second level features: Main bedroom and sun room overlooking the beach | Second bedroom | Bathroom Furniture and Amenities: Kitchen: Tea & Coffee facilities with freshly ground coffee, organic tea selection, olive oil, salt, pepper, herbs and spices. Gas cooking, large oven, walk in pantry and dishwasher. Serving ware for 10 people. A selection of cooking equipment and serving dishes. Living & Dining: Lounge, dining and outdoor deck seating for 10 people, TV, although we recommend watching the view. Bedrooms: Comfortable beds, ample pillows and built-in robes in all bedrooms. Bathrooms: Bath towels, eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Laundry: Washing machine, clothes dryer, iron & ironing board and eco-friendly laundry products. Air-conditioning: Ducted reverse-cycle air-conditioning throughout house. Security system. ***Please note that the sleeping arrangements listed for the Beach House indicate sleeping for 10 people - this is by making an assumption that the beds in the 3 bedrooms and the sofa bed in the lounge area are shared by 2 people, with additional guests sleeping on sofas or air mattresses. Guests have access to the entire home, comprising 3 bedrooms, open plan living and dining, large timber deck, outdoor seating, garage and most gate access to the beach!
Megan will try to meet guests on arrival, however if life gets in the way sometimes, she will arrange a self check-in.
Grange Beach Grange Beach is a gem you will wish to return to again and again. Without the crowds yet with all the beauty, Grange offers a unique beach experience; space to be yourselves! With sand dunes to explore, a crystal blue stretch of beach and a jetty to retreat to for shade in the middle of the day, you really can stay and play all day at Grange Beach. The Beach House @ Grange is just 6 houses along from the Grange Jetty Kiosk for al fresco dining, coffees and gelato or the Grange Hotel for modern Australian pub fare. The area also boasts a great fish-n-chips shop, Greek & Thai restaurants, a bottle shop, minimart and even an organic café and market – all within walking distance of The Beach House @ Grange. If you need a change even more café and restaurant choices or a change in view if you are in the area for a while. Personally however, we can’t go past the salt & pepper squid salad, great coffee and even better gelato at the Grange Jetty Kiosk. don't forget to contact Megan... Carparking - garage at the Beach House and free street parking outside offer guests ample carparking options. Uber - exists in Adelaide along with normal taxi services. Train - a public train station on Military Road, Grange offers guests a direct public transport option straight into the city to North Terrace and King William Street. Buses - public busses also exist in the area to get you to and from wherever you need to go. Walking - there are excellent walking tracks along the beachfront from Grange to Henley Beach. This is our recommended mode of transport - leave the world behind and just beachcomb for a while :-)
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
1. No smoking in the house or on deck
2. No parties or events
3. Pets not allowed inside, the yard is secure
4. Check-in is anytime after 2pm
5. Check out is by 12PM (noon)
6. Please respect our lovely neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum.
7. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the house.
8. Gates must not be left propped open at any time.
