Despite the area not having anything to see, the hotel and staff more than made up for it. I would certainly stay here again. I loved how quiet it was, how spacious and clean the facilities and rooms were, and how helpful and communicative the staff was!

Shabby Overpriced Only random items provided in kitchen Yes it’s convenient to Madrid airport: a 10 min cab ride (and the Front desk staff were able to call a cab and have it arrive almost immediately.) However the train service from the city to the airport is so good it would be much pleasanter to stay in the city than in this kind of remote spot.

The property was very disappointing. Sound proofing is terrible ... no carpets so you hear all the steps, skidding, moving of the rooms around you. We were by the elevator and every time it operated it made screeching/scraping noices, all night long. Was clean, everything worked, very basic, spartan.Staff courteous. But, we will not return to this hotel.

Great central A/C. Quick smooth check-in young man. Close to airport (10 minutes) Parking was not close I did however get a free parking space directly in front of hotel. Elevator. Large complex with multiple buildings, make sure you get directions. Very large and clean apartment. Poorly stocked kitchenware in Apartment. Large bed, Great Wifi. Not a lot in the area, sought of industrial location. Quiet location and room. Great hot water. I would return, great stau. Daniel- USA

Large very comfortable apartment for a reasonable price near the airport & adjacent mall. The bathroom smelled some, maybe because the sink didn't have a loop seal. The kitchen had very little in terms of supplies. The front desk was very nice.

These are great apartments. Very nicely set up and very spacious. Excellent facilites including 2 pools, a paddel court anda kids playground. There were quite few kids there during my stay (5 nights). Great to hear them playing outside Also great café on site. Some things I would have liked to see as a business traveller - USB ports next to bed and dining table. Ideally, separate work desk, maybe instead of large TV stand or TV stand that doubles as work desk. There are 4 main buildings 4 floors each and staff are very attentive to cleaning. Large mall nearby (12 min walk). And all for a very good price in September. Recommend!

The hotel was nice, but the Expedia listing said there was a free airport shuttle and that's not true. It was also listed as having a pool, which is closed for the season.

Review of Apartment - 14th to 18th July
Had an amazing time staying at this apartment. The staff were all really friendly and couldn’t do enough to help you. It is about an hour by bus/ metro to the centre of Madrid but easy to get to and all transport is available until 11:35pm and we never had to wait more than 15 minutes. Our apartment had a great view of the pool area and the air conditioning was also great. Highly recommend

Big room. Big complex with pool, restaurant, and space. Room was nice although tad bit 'run down' but didn't affect overall feeling of stay. (floors scratched, knob on bathtub missing, etc) Very happy with my stay. Would visit again.

closeness to the airport was our main reason for staying here. The facility is well maintained and has all you need. The area around is limited on places to go but since that was not our reason for staying here it did not matter to us.

Good ol' bait and switch
We booked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and free airport transfer. When we arrived, we learned that the hotel no longer provided transfers to the airport. It cost us an additional 20 euros to get to the airport. Had we known there was no transfer, we would have spent the night in central Madrid and just taken a taxi directly from there for 30 euros. Our suite was grimy and had warped flooring due to prior water damage. One of the toilets didn't flush, both showers had clogged shower heads, and one of the showers had broken door tracks. The black out shutters did not close in one of the rooms. The breakfast was as bad as the room.

Nice place. Big suite. Beds are hard though. They do not offer airport transport. Nice people at check in. Pool opens at 12pm until 9pm. Very clean and modern.

The hotel was outstanding, except, we were expecting a shuttle from the airport as the booking described. We had to pay €100 for taxi fare back and forth from the airport. For that cost we would've opted for a luxury hotel. Otherwise, the desk staff was kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean and large. The restaurant was great and very friendly.

It felt weird staying there. There are too many people hanging out around the property. I wasn't sure if it's an apartment complex or a hotel. There are so many people like residents hanging out and walking around. The location is ok. I was ablet to walk to a nearby mall.
