Verry nice room

Pros: Room was very clean and comfortable.
Cons: The size of the bed are small for people whit normal size
Location: Problem is that if you do not have a car nothing is close to the hotel.
Very nice room, staff is just amazing and it's a perfect hotel to be in flight transition. Restaurant are goods.

POSITIVE EXPERIENCE

Pros: decorations inside, restaurant
Cons: no metro
Location: location far from transportation
Very affordable hotel, close to the airport, the restaurant is a good addition. Unfortunately the location is not the best, even the metro is far away

Close to airport, as we missed our flight.

Excellent chef in the restaurant. Food was spectacular. I had braise lamb shank. Room was spacious.

Nice but careful of shuttle bus

The hotel itself is quite nice. It's about a ten minute shuttle trip to the airport. I had no trouble finding the shuttle bus at the airport (it runs every half hour). However, on the way back to the airport, I had gotten a free ticket at the front desk for terminal 1 (it showed this clearly on the ticket) and the driver looked at the ticket and motioned me to get on. The driver then went to terminal 4, where others were being dropped off and then refused to take me to terminal 1. He pointed me to the airport bus that goes between the terminals. This added an extra half hour to my trip. Luckily I had arranged to get there early enough to still make my flight. But I left with a bad feeling of my stay at an otherwise good hotel.

We have some vans, one of them only go to T4 & the other to T1-T2, another one goes to all terminals. I would like to think that it was a missunderstunding. Under renovation. Unsafe area so confined to hotel. Staff very helpful.

Excellent stay here!

Pros: Everything.
Cons: Nothing that I could see needed to be improved.
Location: Not much nearby but the hotel had a restaurant and bar and that was all we needed as we were flying out the next morning.
New hotel, pleasant and helpful staff, comfy beds, very quiet, restaurant on premises, fridge and mini bar, shuttle to airport. We would definitely stay here again!

last hotel in Europe before heading home

Pros: The convenience to airport and comfortable amenities.
Cons: For the purpose we needed; nothing I can think of.
Location: Not much to do locally, really an industrial setting. So really a place for your last stay before heading to the airport.
Efficient check-in and help with our stay. Very comfortable room and amenities. Sumptuous breakfast included. The greatest part for us was the included shuttle service to the airport, which left every 15 minutes so no scheduling pressure. International airports are so big now that having a driver with local knowledge mage this easy; I doubt that I could have managed it myself.

Great Value

Pros: Spacious, friendly and helpful staff, great restaurant
Location: Public transportation to Madrid is easy
Utilize the restaurant......one of the best. Transportation to Madrid is close and reasonable. For a "airport based" hotel, it is one of the best I have ever stayed at.

Misleading Expedia description - SUPERIOR ROOM

Cons: Fix the room descriptions to reflect correct bed sizes.
The Expedia reservation says that Superior Rooms have queen beds, however when we got there the beds were Full size, not Queen. Check other hotel search engines, they have the correct bed sizes for the same room. The hotel is nice, but if you plan to stay 4 in the room, you will be very uncomfortable.

Dear P, thanks to sharing your feedback. Hotel noted the comment to improve services. Our beds in superior rooms have 135 x 180 centimeters; capacity 2 adults & 2 kids or 3 adults sharing the beds. It's not allowed for 4 adults. We suppose that is a transcription, we are verifying it. Regards and hope do better the next time.

Wonderful experience. Accomodating staff. We could leave our luggage with the hotel for a few days before we spent our night there. Friendly atmosphere. Great treatment. The rooms are clean and modern. Great location, with shuttle taking you to the airport. Highly recommended.
