We stayed to be close to Cívitas Metropolitano. It was worth the price. Rooms were nice, beautiful city view from the window and quiet neighborhood with walkable distance to metro.

This hotel was clean and modern. Minutes from the metro with a straight route downtown with no transfers. Amenities were good, dining, gym but the best thing was the 24 hour airport transport. I had a 6:00 am flight. Ten minutes from the airport and the ride was waiting for us at 3:45 am. This place had it all! Will stay there again!

The staff was very supportive and helpful, from getting us checked in when exhausted speaking English for our benefit, to setting up the morning shuttle to the airport, to later giving us excellent instructions and advice to support our sightseeing. I did feel safe in a busy (and noisy for some hours in the evening) part of the city. The room was not fancy, nor was it priced fancy. Very pleased with the experience.

A pretty average airport hotel. To the point accommodation for one or two nights. The hotel felt a bit dated and worn. The staff was accommodating. We had a very early morning departure and an Uber was booked as an airport shuttle. This worked out without a glitch. We found the existing dining options limited. Most restaurants do not open until 8PM. With such an early departure the following day, we needed something to eat earlier than that, which proved to be difficult.

Staff were all excellent and responsive to issues right away. Microwave was difficult to use since all lettering was erased after years of cleaning.

It is a 3 star hotel. Hallways were not cleaned properly and there was dirty spots on furniture.

Pleasantly Surprised
It was an overnight stay adjacent to Madrid airport. I was not overly impressed with the area? However, felt safe and extremely impressed with the hotel. Kudos out to the staff, attention to detail and Courtesy. Transfer to airport and a light picnic breakfast and I was on my way,

Hotel cancelled our reservation without notification so when wew showed up we did not have any rooms. Earlier that day we received an email confirming our booking. However, we cannot get thru to the hotel either by phone or thru their website.

Convenient and pleasant
5 minutes from the airport. Free shuttle to the airport. Very nice breakfast for 13euros. Lots of restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Small fridge in the room. Fitness room has decent machines and free weights and room to do floor exercises - a plus in Europe. Downsides are a bit trivial but there is no water or coffee provided in the room and we are not supposed to drink the tap. I wish I had known that - went a bit thirsty.

Just stayed one night. Convenient location to airport and to metro for downtown. Clean. Only issue is the long pillow vs two standard size pillows for each bed is preferred.

The staff was wonderful. However, our rooms were very hot. Neither room I rented, one for my son & daughter-in-law and one for me and stepson had air con-conditioning or we couldn't get it to work. We had to have the window open all night.

Great place to stay. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Transfer to the airport is very convenient. Clean comfortable room every time I've stayed. Excellent breakfast buffet. I highly recommend this hotel.

Closeness to the airport and Metro station. Breakfast is excellent for the price, cheaper if you pay in advance when you get to the hotel. Very clean and in a quiet area. Friendly staff.

It's a good and simple place to stay if you are looking to stay around the IFEMA. You can call a taxi which will take you to the IFEMA in 5-10 minutes. It is also 5-10 minutes taxi to the Atletico Madrid's stadium if you are looking to catch a game. Around the hotel there are convenient stores, some small diners, a Burger King, and a super market which is 5 minutes walk away. The subway station is also 5 minutes walk away which will take you to Gran Via in around 20-30 minutes.

Great location for Fitur but no shuttle. (great free airport tsfr though). Excellent breakfast warm rooms although on Main Street excellent soundproofing. Not so many good dining options in the area. Staff always helpful
