Lovely villas with terraces close to the beach

Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: Location, scenery, proximity to the beach, great terrace, friendly staff. Sea rafts for sunbathing or jumping in the water.
Cons: NO internet offered at the villas. Though there is free wi-fi in public areas (like the restaurants, the beach, etc.), this is should be improved.
Location: For some night life, you need to go to the nearby cities of Portoroz etc. But there is plenty of walking locations plus free bike rental.
This was our second stay at these villas, with two different experiences. First time was a ground floor room with no terrace, just a "shared space" with a table and chairs for several rooms. Second time was on the first floor with a lovely terrace where we could safely leave our things outside. Overall, a good place to stay, though the buildings and the interior are not new, they are clean. There's a decent TV (though they all seem to have painfully slow remotes), minibar fridge that can be used to store a few of your own things, small but practical bathroom with a window, enough closet space and that great terrace with an awning, though the the beautiful old trees are already enough to shield you from the afternoon sun. The breakfast buffet is served at the hotel directly behind these villas. The food was not extraordinary, but fresh and with nearly all standard options. The staff is friendly, but they use an odd table numbering system which means you're supposed to find your assigned table. You get unlimited use of the hotel pools, which are salt water and include an indoor and outdoor pool plus several jacuzzis. Parking is also free for all days of your stay, even before and after check-in. The beach is nice, though it's asphalt rather, and at times there is a bit much sea grass in the water. As a guest, lounge chair rental at the beach is half-price. The beach bar has good snacks and drinks and the nearby Primorka restaurant is a great gourmet experience.

Old facility - vile.

Posted Sep 8, 2013
Pros: Location,
Cons: Better furnitures.
Location: Location is perfect.
Well, hotel Svoboda in this complex is probably OK. Vila Sivka where I stayed is quite old. It is maintained well but mattresses was bad, there was not internet, it was noisy – a person was cutting hedges at 9:00 AM. Swimming pool - large but whrere was for swimers there were static people who create obsticle for swimers. Beach is poor - grass and concrete do not match price level. Generally not too bad but price was more than 120 Euro/ night for two. This price require more.

tre giornate gradevoli

Posted Jan 10, 2016
Pros: nel suo contesto...Tutto
Cons: non saprei, mi sono trovato bene
Location: molto buona...vicina e...distante quanto basta
aver preso brutto tempo , non mi ha impedito di trascorrere tre giornate molto rilassanti tra piscine con acqua calda e posto molto bello e accogliente
