For family, no kettle or facility to boil water only available in bar or as room service, big hotel and therefore takes staffs very long time for room service, you ask for 1 litre boiling hot water in return you get if your lucky on some days 500ml approximately. Which is confusing as some days they do provide hot water in 1 litre but not consistent every day.
Food was shockingly very bad. We opted for B&B breakfast wasn't that bad, but all other restaurants within the hotel are very poor and very expensive. Lacked taste and portion size was very bad.
