Cool pool and nice rooms outside of MedinaPosted Aug 10, 2017
Pros: The pool area is great, Hotel food is good when ordered off the menu.
Cons: reception. breakfast area, noise.
Location: location slightly remote but very close about 5 minutes in a taxi to the centre square £4 trip. Close to areas to walk/run. Close to a shopping mall.
The hotel outdoor pool is lovely and so are the rooms. Breakfast room could do with some attention and the breakfast was ok. Close to shopping centre and on a main road running out from the Medina about £4 a taxi into and out of the central square. Problems we had included - no key to room as computer system down, alot of locals party here and had us up at 5am when they returned from the clubs as its one of few hotels that service alcohol, door to our bedroom broke and there was no shower just a bath in our first room It is a lovely hotel and we loved marrakech but has a few snagging issues and the partying was a problem as it woke us up a few times.

Friendly and helpful staff and great servicePosted Jan 14, 2017
Spa was ok but could have had better trained therapists. However the pedicure was the best we have ever had.

Clean and amazing hotelPosted Dec 16, 2016 on Hotels
Hotel is amazing! The service is great, whatever we requested was delivered! Couldn't have picked a better hotel. One of ne best hotels I have been too in marrakech so far. Has sky lounge/bar, Resturant, outside pool and spa! Only downfall is breakfast. Isn't so great however food is food. You can get by.

Beautiful and modern hotel, close to the MedinaPosted Aug 19, 2016
Pros: Three pools, lots of areas to relax. Near to the mall which is really handy for water and shopping. Wifi is good. Many staff are friendly.
Cons: Better/more vegetarian options in the restaurant. We could only eat pasta and chips.
Location: A 5-10 min tax ride away from the medina. It should cost 25D for a small cab, 50 for a big one but get this from the supermarket so you're not charged
We stayed for a week at this hotel and our welcome was very warm. We were greeted with a cocktail and shown to our rooms. Some of the staff were not overly friendly and helpful, i.e. not approaching you at breakfast to ask if you would like tea/coffee unless you ask them. Also they didn't ever say what was on the menu for breakfast so you see others having crepes, omelettes etc and then you work out that you can order this! Service is always very very slow but the food is good when it arrives! Many of the staff were very friendly and smiley and spoke great English. You'll do well if you speak some French outside of the hotel for taxis, but pointing to a map will do! There are no irons in the rooms and so you have to ask for it. They will come and take it back if someone else needs it! They once did this at midnight - knocked on the door for it while we were sleeping! I was obviously livid and complained the next day and they were apologetic but seemed to think it was okay to have only one iron! Don't be too put off by the haggling - it's part of the culture so don't let it upset you! Don't be taken in by 'guides' (young lads with nothing better to do) who will want to show you the way and then ask for a ridiculous amount of money at the end. Ignore them and approach someone who is not touting for business, or this could end in an unpleasant situation. Beware of the taxi drivers taking you to places for a guided tour - you are expected to buy something - not good!

Luxury hotel in good locationPosted Aug 14, 2016
Great hotel, fairly quiet. 3 pools with entirely different atmospheres- basement indoor pool is part if the relaxing spa. Ground floor pool with several loungers and lots of shade. 1st floor pool, dance music and great cocktails.

Boutique hotel in a great locationPosted May 3, 2016
Pros: In a good location and the roof top bar and pool are very relaxing.
Cons: The service. Staff are pleasant but not very attentive. There were a couple of times when we had no service despite waiting for nearly an hour.
Location: Very close to the town centre.
The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very welcoming. The hotel is only 4 years old and just needs a few bits of minor maintenance throughout. The only real negative was that sometimes the service from staff was slow to non-existent but would happily stay here again.

Great for last night stayPosted Jul 10, 2015 on Hotels
It was a perfect place to stay on our last night due to the fact that its near the airport. Its nice and quiet and very relaxing. Nothing around , so if you plan to go to the city or the medina alot the taxi would be very pricey. The breakfast was not that good ........ But again as a last stop or a place to be away from noise its great . If you want to be close to it all not a good choice.
