overall very good just few minor issues

Air conditioning was pretty low for our standards, A lot of people reserve the swimming chairs with their towels, so it is very hard to find a place nea the swimming pool especially with a family. Should be a first come first service Overall very good hotel, enjoyed my stay and would return in the future.

beautiful hotel

Extremely comfortable, perfect inside and out. The staff were absolutely amazing and on hand for any assistance required. Expectations were definitely exceeded and will be coming back very soon

Kenzi Menara Palace really I was very frustrated.

1- reciption location is wrong. You think its customers services inquire. 2- ther isnt trust of them why? i reserved in expedia room and the view to the swimming pool and the reception give me view to the garden and last corner in hotel and the reciption staff name is Toufeq infoemed me you can trust of me . But unfortunately hes wrong I told them need to changed to the right room. They accepted after argument 1hour. he dedicated 1000 Durham as deposit during check in and he said will not dedicted from my visa acount. But it happened immediately (Lack of credibility) check out same person waiting for us to dedicated additiobal 1000 in resturent . And told us the first dedicated not used . I show him the mobile messages as confirmation been dedicted. With argument say ok and received the invoice. Imagine to use this techic of all residents in hotel and they didnt have this facility's of resived message from bank.!!! the replacement and actual room is nice with balacone.

a lovely if souless hotel

Pros: the hotel is beautiful with lovely beds around the pool ,the bedroom was very spacious and comfortable.
Cons: Something has to be done about the huge swarms of little birds which actually come inside and peck openly at the food laid out at breakfast .
Location: the hotel is on the outskirts of Marrackech .
Unfortunately everything had a price even the milk to go with the coffee/tea making facility in your room .

lovely hotel

Pros: pool , cakes , pina coladas outdoor bit of restaurant, tranqui setting
Cons: No information in rooms about trips, excursions etc. Desk not always able to change money
Location: calm location , 10 mins or so by taxi from souks - hour from mountains
Stayed for 4 nights in May - huge clean room , amazing pool with always plenty of free sunbeds around any time of day. he breakfasts were great - with good selection to choose from and the evening buffet offered was excellent too. (the cake selection unbelievable and delicious! Tranquil setting good to come back to after visiting souks.

Relaxation away from the hubbub of the Medina

Pros: Excellent pool bar offering very good snacks and well made pizzas.
Cons: The main dining room and buffet was very disappointing. Coffee machine was broken most days. The choice of food was fiddly and unappealing.
Location: Too far to walk to the Medina unless you are very fit, but only a short taxi away.
Relatively modern large hotel in two wings surrounding a huge pool, conveniently located close to the airport, a shopping mall and 5 minutes drive to the Medina. Good sized rooms with balconies overlooking the pool - though with over-firm beds - and modern bathrooms. We were on an All Inclusive deal, which was excellent value and took the worry away of running up a huge bar bill. Despite being busy, there were plenty of pool loungers to go round, but the usual culprits are there bagging loungers and then not using them all day, although the staff were good about clearing wet towels. If you like music blaring all day, then you'll be fine - hard to escape the mix of French/Middle Eastern "chill musaz". Lively and entertaining pool/activity staff though - getting many to join in zoomba etc.

VERY BAD

well,1st the truth is I booked a room with a pool view and the picture showed our room very close to the pool as you walk out from the balcony ((next to our balcony by 4 meters)) its all a lie !!! our room was at least 100 meters away from the pool. 2nd thing I booked a room with a king sized bed and 2 other single beds((that's what it showed us on the web)), it only came with a king sized bed !!!!! and they told me that's what you booked !! All lies and when i tried to check it on the web page again they removed the room info and said all rooms are booked!

Good not great

Getting served coffee at breakfast and drinks with lunch was a constant problem because staff, although present, seemed less than service minded. The room had a kettle and instant coffee and tea but no milk...milk could be ordered through room service for approx 4 Euro even though we were all inclusive.
