“Food was terrible. Beach’s were loaded with cigarette butts. Evening shower was nearly cold water. Room wasn’t cleaned and no towels for 2 days. Had to ask for clean bath towels and room to be cleaned 3rd day.
Pool was nice. Staff were very nice.”

“Shower was clogged, and the sheets smelled like 20 sweaty men who had been swimming in the ocean. Upon arrival, we were charged more money, even though we had already paid through Expedia…
When leaving, I mentioned to staff, the shower was not working and they asked if I had booked with Expedia.
It was a beautiful water front room and the manager was pleasant.”

“Staff was friendly and helpful. If you went to Mexico or Dominican for all inclusive before then this resort will be a bit different experience. Bar is closing at 11pm, from 11 to 12:30am bar is open but you have to pay for drinks. There is no place to get snacks after dinner is closed. Food variety at the buffet is not that good but overall is ok.
I liked that you can always find sun bed on the beach or by the pool. Pool is warm and deep 2m. Entertainment at the evening was boring and there is……
