The staff were super friendly, professional and accommodating, always available via WhatsApp to help arrange transfers/lifts across the island at short notice. Given taxis on the island are few and far between, and we were drinking vinsanto most days, this was invaluable - the only alternative would be car rental and considerably less vinsanto! The hotel is a great location for the best vineyards on the island, and very convenient for both Fira, Oia and the airport. All in all, a lovely modern, convenient hotel, with great staff and incredible views. Would stay again!"
