beautiful resort outside mykonos townPosted Sep 1, 2017
Pros: pools, rooms everything
Cons: bus shuttle to town
Plus: resort beautifully located on side of hill about 20 km from Mykonos town. Pools are great, food breakfast and lunch were excellent. rooms were a little older, but clean and good shape. Service was great. Overall a great resort to stay in . Only big black eye negative is the "free shuttle bus" to town, On two consecutive nights we were left standing in the parking lot at the Old port pickup location, when their shuttle bus filled up. On both times we were eventually picked up (first time 40 minutes later, second time 20 minutes later) I spoke with management about it and they hide by the small print on sign for shuttle bus which is "subject to availability. Kind of ruins a great evening when dealing with stress of wondering how you will get back to resort. As people mentioned in other posts getting a taxi is very difficult in Mykonos. They have two large 17 passenger vans, plus several small 8 person vans, so it is not a transportation vehicle issue. Simple solution for resort (which i communicated) would be for drivers to keep track of how many guests they bring to mykonos town and how many that transport back to resort. If their numbers show that a large number of folks are still in town later in the evening for that last two buses 11:30 and 10:30 pm. Send a second bus... If I return and stay at this resort again, i would rent a car or hire a private transport (from resort). I found out after the fact they do this. would be

Simply AmazingPosted Sep 4, 2016 on Hotels
Felt completely pampered. Sea view was amazing. Actually used the balcony. Great room service options too. The salt water pool is absolutely beautiful and the recliners are padded and comfortable. Getting into Mykonos is a bit annoying - hotel only offers shuttle buses at night, and obtaining a cab is very difficult, but there is a bus stop nearby and the bus is very easy to take.

Overflowing sewage in bathroom. Faulty facilities.Posted Aug 17, 2016
Pros: You can't like much when you are dealing with raw swage on a daily basis
Cons: Burn the place down and start again. Stop accusing your guests of lysing about faults in their room!
Location: Great rooms next door in Mykonos Grand hotel
Had multiple issues staying at this hotel. Of course things will always go wrong but the effort it took to convince the hotel management to actually fix them was farcical. First the mini bar fridge stops working, advised management of the issue and got told that it has been fixed however it will take a day for the fridge to cool down again! Called reception and advised them that the fridge was actually dead and had no power to it and got told to be patient for it to cool down after 2 hours this time and they will not do anything else until then!! Then eventually after waiting 2 hours to no surprise the dead fridge did not cool down and called reception again only to be told that it was not a "fridge" but a "mini bar fridge" and that it was working fine!!!! Eventually decided to take the contents of the fridge to the reception to prove to them that they were not in anyway cooled down and after a 5 minute argument managed to convince them to come and change the fridge with a working one. To make things worse every time we used the shower raw sewage came out from the floor drain in the middle of the bathroom floor. reported it to reception and they sent someone with fresh towels and told us that we were "using the shower wrong" and there was nothing wrong with raw sewage coming out of the floor and flooding the entire bathroom. WHAT WAY DO YOU USE A SHOWER BUT TO STAND UNDER IT AND JUST WASH!!!!!! eventually just gave up and checked out of the hotel....

Fantasy WorldPosted Jul 12, 2016
Pros: The pool and beach.
Cons: Maybe be able to have more chairs to sit around the pool.
Location: The transportation van can take you down town only. You have to get a cab to superbeach/ paradise island.
This place is beautiful. Everything is wonderful about it. The people the food, the pool, the beach.. This place is priceless. The only little thing that was confusing was getting concierge to help you. They seemed very busy multi tasking instead of giving different solutions for you to do things. And paying attention to one customer at a time. But other then that if you a traveler then you would figure things out for your self.

Beautiful hotel with private beachPosted Jul 12, 2016
Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Large, clean rooms and good views. A little updating needed in the bathrooms but very comfortable. Outstanding concierge called Elena who went out of her way to help.

This hotel is for those that want a private place to relax, it's not for party animals.
