Thanks for the review, most people love it here and wish they could stay longer, yes the pool is small, and yes the view from it and all the suites is amazing :) the out side spa is currently out of action but both pool and spa are heated to 27degrees, and you also have a large spa bath inside your suite <3 there are hangers in the siding wardrobe . Building isn't old, built in 1999 and had a freshen up in 2012. No fly screen on the main doors but all 4 of the windows have mosquito screens.

ok "anonymous" i took the pictures with my mobile phone. no photo shop, no filters, no fake or trick photography. i'm very friendly, if something wasn't right you could simply say something?

ahh "anonymous" leaves the city life to enjoy the "quiet country" only to find the shops shut at 8pm, coffee "undrinkable" and while in the tropic's they found bugs! who would have thought! dead cockroach means the pest control measures are working. the shower is a manual adjust, (means you have to turn the handles) it's been dry and windy = pretty dusty and the pool, when it's so dry, bug need water too, and when they land in the pool and drink the pool water they die. then they get sucked into the skimmer box. the rooms are spotless. clean and tidy. the outside isn't my advice to you? next time, stay in the city. the country isn't for everyone.

Yes it was very inconvenient for the pump to give up on the spa just before Christmas, the main pool is still working just fine and hope you enjoyed your private spa in your suite :) new pump should be here soon.

ooo 3 stars :( the outside kitchen is just dusty (it's so dry here atm) and a bit of geeko poo. not sure about the algae? i asked the pool guy and he says it's fine, but will put through a treatment anyways. thanks for mentioning the room cleanliness as this is our main priority. and i try and be friendly :)

Thanks Graham for the lovely accurate review, we are blessed to have such a wonderful spot on the hill with such a great view and so close to the beach/shops. The abundance of No Smoking signs are because smokers will smoke anywhere there is not a sign. believe me i was so surprised but the proof was in the pudding.

? wow? one star? There's really only two rules that are reinforced - 1. No smoking unless in the smoking section. 2. Quiet time on the deck after 8pm. I wasn't aware of your dissatisfaction until now and because you've chosen to remain "Anonymous" i guess i'll never know :( i am curious to hear more from you

thanks laurie, glad you had a great night with us :) we do try and keep the outdoor kitchen clean, but the advantage of the geckos is much less flies and mosquitoes and spiders, the down side is gecko poo :p and being so dry atm the dust is also hard to keep down.

thanks for the review :) we are blessed to have such wonderful views of the main beach, and the warm pool is defiantly a bonus :D being in the bush the WiFi and TV have their moments, small price to pay to have the sounds of birds chirping and local kangaroos hopping. and yes, a small hiccup with the cups and milk - that was differently my bad :p just lucky you were prepared with your own. next time i promise to have the cows juice on standby :D yewwww

lovely to read you enjoyed yourselves :D yes sorry about my absence, i work 2 other jobs and some days i have to work all 3 in one day :) but i'm never to far away :D i have mentioned the tv thing, the house used to be rented for parties and the tv's were broken in the past - that's why they are on the wall. we are an ecco lodge and don't use driers and the sun does make them a little scratchy even with the fab softner. also with a view like that you shouldn't be watching tv :p

the drive way is definitely steep :p great to read you liked the place
