Overall Good But Be Careful Booking with Expedia!

Pros: Perfectly placed to visit LA and the surrounding areas. Staff are polite and efficient with excellent food.
Cons: Some parts need refreshing and more seating would be great at breakfast.
Location: Perfect even with the traffic of LA to contend with.
We arrived to find a room booked for 5 persons, but only able to sleep 4!! Reception directed us to contact Expedia which I did by email. Received an automated response and then nothing until I chased this query up. They said they had been in touch with the hotel and apparently 'you have been accommodated in that room only and you are comfortable with it'. My response that I was not happy as the room only slept 4 persons! Unfortunately heard nothing more from Expedia. On checking out of the hotel the manageress said they had received no such email from Expedia. I have now escalated my disappointment with Expedia. The breakfast offered, Mon-Thurs buffet, pool and surroundings are great!

Perfectly suited for our baby

We have a 1 yr old and there was enough space for her to run around. The kitchen gave us the flexibilty to make food for her and to store milk in the fridge. We brought an infatable bathtub to bathe her and the size of their tub was perfect. Water heats up and cools very quickly. Thermostat was very very responsive. We were able to cool and warm the room down for our baby (and us) confidently. Their complimentary breakfast was very helpful, as their complimentary dinner would've been (which we didn't get to use). Trader Joe's is next door, you can walk right over if you need stuff. Lots of food options locally. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We accidentally left behind and ipad and they were able to retrieve it and hold onto it until I came back. Would stay here again. Close enough to get to Malibu and Underwood farms.

Nice hotel, convenient location next to Trader Joe

Pros: The reception area and full breakfast was awesome, got business done in the morning before client visits. Very convenient, especially with comp WIFI
Cons: Request a building and side of the hotel that is not near the freeway. The freeway noise was a problem and kept me up all night.
Location: Near many locations in Agoura Hills, and to Woodland Hills. Trader Joe's in adjacent parking lot.
The suite was suitable for business but the desk was a little small for a laptop and binders, etc. Nice to be next to Trader Joe's for healthy meals while traveling. Full kitchen with microwave and refrigerator.

Was a quick one night but it was a perfect location to the event we attended. The room was in a great spot and if I had to stay longer it is perfect as it had a full kitchen and the living space was separated nicely from the sleeping space

Would stay again

In town for a wedding, put us close to all of our events. Freeway convenient yet quiet in the hotel and room. Good free breakfast, coffee 24/7.
