Old mattresses

All of staff was extremely professional and polite and absolutely wonderful however the rooms are not up to Sheraton standard. This should hardly be called a Sheraton, it's more like a Howard Johnson with a nice Decour. I had an adjoining room with some screaming kids but the staff was nice enough to move me to a different room however when I got into the bed that night half of the mattress was depressed as if a 1 ton man had been sleepping on it for years. The other half was OK, but you could tell that it had been filled with pillow tops to cover up the depression of the mattress on that side. Also if you're staying in a basic room, there is no adequate place to enjoy room service… There isn't even a decent coffee table to set your tree down and eat off of. I had to eat at the desk. The property is not worth Sheraton prices and should be evaluated by the Sheraton corporate office

Overall nice hotel

It’s a nice hotel overall. The only two complaints that we had were that there is a $14 per night charge for parking and that housekeeping was knocking at the door at 10:45am when checkout was at noon.

Elevated to Club Level. Very delicious Club Level breakfast. Bed was very comfortable, but too high even for my 6 foot husband.

Terrible customer service

Manager Nafiz Akbar offered extremely poor customer service. When presented with a problem created by an online reservation, he avoided the situation and was not helpful in creating a remedy. Will NEVER make any future reservations at this hotel.

Clean Hotel

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff was exceptional and courteous. Dinner was delicious and I also enjoyed breakfast. Will definitely stay there again!!

Middle of nowhere location - unhelpful staff

Definitely not worth the cost - my room still was not cleaned after 1st night at 4 pm the following day. No new water/coffee but front desk happy to sell a bottle of water for $4. Parking was $14 per night. Dining facility terrible for pricing. Rooms were noisy and I had a small window overlooking a parking lot. I was going to be 10 minute late checking out as I was out running a race and got in traffic coming back - lady at front desk told me I would be charged a full day if I was not out. Wow...I was out on time but will never go back there. Gigantic waste of dollars. Not near the comfort or service I have gotten at other Sheraton's.

Room below the 5th floor lounge.

My room was at the end of the hall on the 4th floor. Apparently, just above the room is a lounge. Very very noisy... banging, thumping and furniture moving! Nice hotel, but not below the lounge.
