Pros: I DIDNT LIKE ANYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL
Cons: EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE IMPOVED......
Location: THE ONLY ADVANTAGE WAS THE HOTEL WAS CLOSE TO TAJ MAHAL.
- FULL OF MOSQUITOS - NOTHING TO EAT, NOT EVEN TEA N BREAKFAST - WAS ASSURED ON INTERNET FACILITY, WHICH WORKED ONLY 1 DAY. - DIRTY - THE BED LINENS WERE TORN - BATHROOM HAD ALL RUSTED TAPS AND SHOWER - LOCATION WAS SHABBY - AWAY FROM THE MAIN ROAD N TOWN FACILITIES - HAD TO DEPEND UPON AUTOS TO GRAB A MEAL

Pros: nothing
I suggest this should be removed from the list of hotels in Agra. I experienced lack of water in the morning. the room was not clean.the bathroom was not clean. they served polluted water for consumption. I was totally disappointed with the room and the facilities.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, Laufentfernung zum Taj Mahal. Service schlecht, auf ein Essen 2 Std. gewartet, Frühstück bestehend aus Toast und Tee dauert eine gute Stunde. Zimmer sehr einfach, Fenster oft zum Flur mit Vorhang. Äußerst hellhörig, da schlauchförmig angelegt. Personal mit einer Ausnahme sehr unflexibel und wenig hilfsbereit. Es gibt ein gutes Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk, sogar mit Außenfenster - wenn man das ergattern kann!

Pros: Leaving and knowing we weren't staying there again.
Cons: The room, the bathroom, the staff.
This Hotel is advertised as a 3 star on Expedia. It needs to be reclassified as a 1 star and the price structure needs revising. Far too expensive for the quality and condition of the Hotel compared to other places we stayed on our journey around the Golden Triangle. We would not recommend this Hotel and definitely wouldn't stay there again.
