Good Food; Pleasant Staff; Bad InfrastructurePosted Nov 17, 2015
Pros: The restaurants are world class and the F&B Staff is very sincere esp Mr Abhishek restaurant manager and F&B Manager Mr Pahwa
Location: Location is fantastic to say the least
The hotel staff is excellent, food is the best as expected from ITC but the hotel infrastructure is crumbling. Only the new wing with the renovated suites is worth living in. We had booked the the Mughal Chambers and they are really old with very poor infrastructure and not anywhere near 5* standard. We moved to the suites eventually. However I don't rate the hotel badly because everything is very good and the staff went out of their way to make me comfortable.

A five star hotel at a good price.Posted Oct 25, 2015
Pros: The grand feel of the place and that the staff were very helpful.
Cons: Well, it appears that the higher star rating a hotel is the more likely that you will be charged for Wifi and breakfast which was the case here.
Location: The hotel is close to the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort.
The hotel looked amazing, grand entrance and beautifully decorated. We stayed there only to sleep which was a shame as I'm sure we would have enjoyed relaxing here as there was a swimming pool here, etc.

very disappontedPosted Oct 22, 2015
it took us over 45 min to get our room. We arrived at 145pm...check in is 200pm. after waiting around for 45 min we finally got to our room, which was supposed to be an upgraded room, but was very basic with no desk or working area. The bathroom was tiny and lacked counter space for two people.

Very good hotelPosted Sep 28, 2015
Pros: Said above.
Cons: Transparency and frank sharing by front desk staff with their customers, in case of any difficulty in delivering committed booking.
Location: Front desk management needs to be more powerful.
The experience was mixed. We had booked two Mugul rooms with king size beds. Perhaps due to their tight occupancy they delivered us two renovated rooms (creating two rooms from a suite) which did not have identical facilities/ furnishings. However, when this inconvenience was brought to the notice of GM, he very politely, accepted the lapse and assured suitable compensation. Nevertheless, I would love to stay in the hotel in my next chance also.

Affordable luxury.Posted Sep 15, 2015
Our room was incredible. The facilities are unbelievable. The staff went WAY above and beyond to give our family one of the greatest memories we will have. From entertaining our children in the lobby to giving us an extremely late check out to allow our boys the chance to nap...the staff was exceptional and we are indebted to them.

Gorgeous hotel, beautiful spa!Posted Aug 21, 2015
Had a really lovely stay here. Our room was lovely but compared to the rest of the hotel could do with a little updating. Very helpful staff and delicious breakfast. Spa is beautiful, you will pay UK prices but it's well worth it.
