"The rooms were very clean and well taken care of. The water pressure was weak and the hot water was not very hot. Luckily we enjoyed the thermal pools to warm up in the cool weather. The staff at all encounters were friendly and gave wonderful service. The food at the pool bar and indoor restaurant did not disappoint and was less expensive than restaurants we enjoyed around the area. "

The surrounding trees and volcano views are stunning, they were as beautifull at night when everything is beautifully lit. The food was exceptional, the service friendly, and the pool area clean and relaxing with great drinks. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting La Fortuna."
