I really liked the set up of the hotel. The rooms/villas were set around a garden area, so we were able to park our car right outside of our room. There was always staff watching who came in and out of the premises. Our room was more like a studio. The staff was very friendly and if there was a problem with anything they would promptly take care of it. We loved the location of the Hotel because things were close by like visiting the center part of the city. When I visit Aguascalientes again I am definitely going to stay at Hotel Medrano.

Fix the showers!
I just love this hotel, location, it's within walking distance to center plaza, the cathedral and many other nice places.........My God if they would only repair the showers, the shower heads and make taking a shower a pleasant experience....my God everything would perfecto!!!

Great location. good breakfast. clean. Noisy guests at night. we were at top of stairs so heard staff talking throughout night. VERY nousy water pump on and off all night. Staff could be more knowledgeable about area resources for tours, shopping, etc

Great place! Beautiful pool area. The hot tub was never warm. Big cafeteria with a lot of food and drink options. They also have themes rooms.

Great place to stay
Property is appealing. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff is friendly and speak English. The restaurant has a 50's theme and the food is excellent.

Very happy with our stay at Hotel Medrano. All employees were very courteous, facilities clean, nice swimming pool. The restaurant was wonderful with delicious buffets and great service. Looked like recently remodeled with tasteful 50’s decor.

Family overnight in Aguascalientes
The hotel was very clean and safe for parking your vehicle. They charge extra for pets but that was fine. It would be more transparent to list this additional charge.

Relaxing in Aguascalientes
I was there with my mom visiting family in Aguascalientes. The room was big. We had a Junior Suite. I was able to connect to internet no problem. The decoration was not ritzy but it was nice. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Not a bad experience at all.

It is a decent hotel but the service doesn't really make for a 4 starts. Room was not too well isolated so in the morning I could hear cars and people really clearly. In addition I hurt my foot in bed because underneath the blanket there were a few metal sharp pieces. It is amazing to me the cleaning person didn't notice.

Nice pet friendly hotel
Nice hotel, and they accepted our dog! Aguascalientes is not a happening town so I didn't expect much, pretty dead so no area is really great but this hotel as defintiely more than enough!

Nice Hotel very close to the Centro.

A good experience
We stayed one night while traveling through with our thirteen year-old nephew and our two giant breed dogs. The hotel had not noticed the note about the dogs and had no pet friendly rooms available on arrival. Staff were very welcoming nevertheless, put us in a downstairs room at our request and all was well. Very clean, nice grounds and secure parking. We will stay here again.

Great for traveling with a dog
We were given a spacious suite with a kitchen and an outdoor space for a dog in a peaceful detached area on the hotel grounds. As part of the facilities, there was a good sized park with grass and picnic tables--a perfect area to relax and let the dog wander. We did not make use of it, but they also have a laundry area and a nice, separated outdoor pool area. We would stay here again.

No friendly Staff
The staff was rude. They told us that breakfast was included and then charge us anyway. Room was a little cheesy but clean. Location didn't seem to bad but nothing in the surroundings. Construction was been made so restaurant wasn't nice and food was mediocre. I only stay one night because of the service was poorly.
